Cons:

The room smelled like smelly feet. The fan on the wall unit didnt work. The fridge barely got cold even on high.
We also requested a room with a tub and the staff let us know that when we book through a 3rd party it cannot be guaranteed. So, we didn't get a room with a tub for personal care for our adult son.
We have stayed at the Inntowner many years in the past and have never had a room that smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned. Maybe the carpet needs cleaming.

If in town for a medical procedure, stay here: location, professionalism, compassion.
Pros:

I stayed at the Best Western Plus to undergo outpatient surgery at the UW Madison hospital. The staff were extraordinarily accommodating. Clearly they know many of their guests are there for medical purposes, and so they are not surprised by unusual requests, like extra wash cloths.

Cons:

If I had to quibble, I think they could do better with their coffee. It wasn't terrible. But a real solid cup would've put an exclamation point on the morning.

Pros:

Hotel staff were accomidating, free shuttle service was prompt, room was nice, beds were comfortable, shower was pretty with nice scented shampoos, conditioner and body soap, quality big screen TV with Netflix options, etc, the free breakfast in the restaurant area was nice and plentiful, and the pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and perfect temps.

Mid with no lost and found communication

Very noisy but worst of all I had to rush to get on a plane after my flight was cancelled to catch an earlier flight and left my charging cable. I called and emailed them within 12 hours but no one bothered even responding.

I enjoyed my stay!!! The breakfast was excellent!!!
Pros:

The location of the property was in great proximity to the Stadium for the Commencement Ceremony! I loved my view of the tree lined street. Very nice!!!

Cons:

The couch was very dated. The toilet seat was not mounted very well so it kept moving.

Excellent stay
Pros:

We have stayed many times when in Madison for medical appointments at UW Health. The staff is especially friendly and considerate, the rooms are spotless and breakfast is fine. Parking is available and there is an onsite bar and restaurant which we enjoy. There is a separate lounge provided by UW Health which is an added plus.
