Friendly staff, a spaceous room, and excellent food.
Pros:

Although the building was being remodeled, the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was outstanding. Our dinner in the dining room was excellent and a good value.

Cons:

Once the remodeling is completed in the hallways and community spaces, the hotel will be an excellent place for us to stay when visiting our daughter in the Madison area.

The room service and meal was better than going out to a restaurant it was delicious beyond my expectations.

Cons:

I was double charged by mistake if weren’t for that my rating would be a 9. The construction didn’t bother me

Convient location to hospital
Pros:

Close to the hospital which was the purpose of our trip.

Cons:

The price of the room for what our room was actually like. While it was wonderful to be close to the hospital which which was the purpose of our stay I feel we were overcharged for our stay.

Had a relaxing stay and will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and the shuttle service was a great option! Had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced. The free breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise and they even had French toast with strawberries!
