Pros:

Excellent Place
Pros:

This hotel was very inviting after a hard day at the UW Hospital. Location is great front desk was very friendly and the restaurant had great service as well as food. Great variety. The room was clean & fresh. Bathroom was small with sink outside of the bathroom. Rest of the room was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was nice and got us off to a great start for a long trip home. Will definitely return

None, just upsetting!

Staff was nice, room was nice

Cons:

We had to check out a day early because 31 inches of snow was on the way, 1/4 visibility for driving. White outs were going to occur. We bought the insurance for the trip but couldn't use it to get my 2nd night back. I didn't know we booked with you. I was on Best Western website and confirmation was from them. That's why I bought the travel insurance in case something happened they would refund my money. I was very surprised when they said, I booked through you!

Perfect choice!
Pros:

This property was a great choice for our overnight stay. Friendly front desk staff.
Hotel was under renovation, but it did not cause us any issues. Our room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dinner at the on site restaurant, the cheese cake was to die for! The included hot breakfast was wonderfully prepared and presented, offering something for everyone.
A free shuttle was appreciated to get to our appointments at the UW hospital.
We would definitely choose to stay here in the future.

Friendly staff, a spaceous room, and excellent food.
Pros:

Although the building was being remodeled, the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was outstanding. Our dinner in the dining room was excellent and a good value.

Cons:

Once the remodeling is completed in the hallways and community spaces, the hotel will be an excellent place for us to stay when visiting our daughter in the Madison area.
