Pros:

Kellemes csendes helyen, de mégis közel a metro megállóhoz. Segítőkész személyzet, tiszta apartman. Minden rendelkezésre állt, amire szükségünk volt. A város csodás, de felfedezése sportos a sok emelkedő és lejtő miatt. Az óceán part lenyűgöző és kihagyhatatlan.

Cons:

A kanapéágy kicsit kényelmetlen.

Un peu déçu par rapport au prix et la présentation de la location
Pros:

Le quartier n'est pas très joli mais calme et il est bien situé par rapport à l'accès aux transports en commun et au centre de la ville

Cons:

L'appartement n'est pas bien insonorisé et mal équipé en vaisselle et mobilier.
La chambre n'a pas de fenêtre.

La ubicación por la noche no parece un lugar muy seguro, un viernes por la tarde había un grupo de personas que parecían drogadictos y daba miedo

BUENA ESTANCIA, PERO MEJORABLE
Pros:

El apartamento en sí era muy práctico y estaba todo muy limpio. Cercanía a los lugares de interés.
Al no ser hotel no se cambian las toallas y sabanas a diario, pero nos ofrecieron un cambio de toallas en mitad de nuestra estancia, que no usamos.

Cons:

La cama estaba formada por dos camas unidas por las sábanas y el somier. eran algo incómodas ya que individualmente no estaban firmes, se deberían de cambiar. Las almohadas tampoco eran cómodas.
Algo que no tuvimos en cuenta y no se indicaba por ningún lado es que NO HAY ASCENSOR, nosotros, íbamos con un bebé por lo que siempre teníamos que estar subiendo y bajando el carro a una segunda planta. hubiera sido un detalle que nos hubieran alojado en la primera planta, teniendo en cuenta esto.

El apartamento es cómodo,cerca del centro de la ciudad, hay bares y tiendas cerca,no se escucha ruidos ni de vecinos ni de la calle

Cons:

Lo malo del apartamento es que el sofá cama tiene un colchón muy pasado,necesita un cambio urgente tanto el colchón como el sofá, no está adecuado para dormir ni para sentarse

Cons:

Έπρεπε να ενημερωθώ ότι πρώτα πάω στο γραφείο διαχείρισης και μετά στο σπίτι. Αποτέλεσμα να αφήσουμε το ταξί για το γραφείο κουβαλώντας τις βαλίτσες και μετά να πάρουμε άλλο ταξί. Μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία.

Świetny pobyt w doskonałej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, mieszkanie z ładnym widokiem, dobry punkt wypadowy , do metra kilka minut piechotą. Dojazd i zameldowanie bez żadnego problemu, instrukcje są krótkie i czytelne, dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Na wyposażeniu są wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy: ręczniki, naczynia, ekspres, żelazko czy deska do prasowania. Mieszkanie idealnie na pobyt dla dwóch osób.

Cons:

Widać małe mankamenty wynikające z użytkowania, rozregulowane klamki od drzwi, trzeba ostrożnie otwierać okna, a prysznic gdzieś przecieka i niestety zdarzyło nam się rozlać trochę wody poza. Na wyposażeniu jest telewizor ale niestety nie ma systemu smart także można jedynie oglądać Portugalskie telenowele co też ma swój urok :)
