Pros:

L emplacement

Cons:

L appartement sentait l humidité et il y avait de la moisissure dans la chambre.
Il faisait froid et pas de couverture supplémentaire. J ai exprimé mon mécontent quand a l humidité et la moisissure . Ils ont pas répondu à mes messages

We loved the stay, we would return and we can recommend

Maybe add a couple more shower gel.
A word of advice, you need to take stairs to get to the room. Not a problem for us, but maybe for someone.

Dużo zalet, ale są też braki
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i starej części miasta. Dużo kawiarni i restauracji, sklepiki.
Apartament czysty, na naszą prośbę zostaliśmy wpuszczeni wcześniej. Dobra organizacja - klucz w schowku, kod do drzwi przekazany mailem. Sprawna klimatyzacja - my akurat grzaliśmy, bo było chłodno (luty).

Cons:

Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia, pleśń wkrada się na płytkach i przy blacie. Natomiast kanapa w salonie jest do wymiany - źle się na niej siedzi a co dopiero śpi. My spaliśmy na materacu ściągniętym z kanapy na podłogę, bo kręgosłup nie wytrzymuje jednej nocy. No i widok z okna fatalny - niezamieszkane budynki, trochę straszące, brak balkonu w moim pokoju.

Wir waren total zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen in liebevollen Tütchen vor die Tür gestellt. Mit Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Marmelade, frischen O-Saft, Kaffee-Pads, Milch und Obst. Unter dem Appartement ist ein leckeres Restaurant mit einer tollen Bar.

Cons:

Wenn man mit eigenem Auto anreist, ist das Parkhaus in der Nähe sehr teuer.

La casa si trova in una posizione comodissima, vicino alla metro e al centro, pulita e silenziosa. Lo staff risponde immediatamente ed è molto disponibile.

Wyjątkowy pobyt blisko centrum Porto, z ładnym widokiem i wieloma udogodnieniami 🩷

Przepiękna łazienka, świetny klimat, przestrzeń, klimatyzacja, dostaliśmy zestaw kosmetyków, ręczniki. W części kuchennej było dużo sprzętów, wszystkie działały bez zarzutu, mieliśmy też sztućce i ręcznik papierowy, więc mogliśmy sami przyrządzać sobie śniadania. Lokalizacja znakomita, bardzo blisko metra i centrum, bardzo dobrze wygłuszona przestrzeń w nocy.

Cons:

Jedynymi minusami jakich się dopatrzyliśmy są bardzo zimne podłogi - może wstawienie dywanów byłoby dobrym rozwiązaniem? No i ciężko działające okna, bardzo trudno się je otwiera i zamyka by wywietrzyć przestrzeń. Poza tym wszystko było idealne!

O apartamento está um pouco "usado", visivelmente por culpa dos hóspedes não tratarem bem, mas no final é ao proprietário que cabe manter. As fotos que são partilhadas são efetivamente as do apartamento, mas quando era novo. Não perde o potencial mas....
A cozinha podia ter mais alguns utensílios...

Сама квартира достаточно удобная для хорошего провождения времени .Больше всего понравилось что присутствует кондиционеры,звукоизоляция также была великолепна,нам все очень понравилось в квартире)

Нам было немного сложно без лифта ,так как у нас маленький ребенок и коляска
