Cons:

Cleaning service didn't change sheets or pillow cases and thought I wouldn't notice..gross. Also didn't vacuum, had to come back to do that.

Clean, quiet, and friendly accomodations for a great price! We loved it!!

The stay exceeded my expectations! Nestled in a quiet, safe area, even though it is next to the freeway. The room was large and clean, the bed was excellent. Hot shower, ample towels and amenities. Clean coffee maker and a variety of pods. Room service is available. The outdoor pool was clean and heated. The indoor spa was relaxing and much needed!! The check in was very pleasant. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was free and had all the usual offerings in a nice sit down space. We enjoyed our stay very much, and highly recommend it. We will be coming back if we need to stay in town again overnight.

Cons:

No elevator. I had to climb a steep flight of outdoor steps. The morning breakfast food was cold and lacked flavor. The shower floor was tiled with what looked like mold on the grout.

Pros:

We found hair in multiple places in the hotel, mold in the fridge. Made me feel like I should wonder about the rest of the room. When we got to breakfast, we found out there were no to go options u had to sit to eat. I had no time because I was in town for work it was kinda ridiculous to expect every person would have time to sit.

You couldn’t pay me to stay here again.
Cons:

They don’t allow checking in early, even after you pay a $25 CHECK IN EARLY FEE, get there early, they the front desk rudely says they don’t allow it. Front desk lady was not friendly.

Staff was hurriedly moving about the property cleaning rooms when I arrived. Facilities is divided into 3 different buildings which I am sure makes it tough for the staff to easily manage cleaning.

The bathroom floor was dirty…along with the tiny little black flying insects living in the shower.

Pros:

Great location and close to i5 without hearing it. The buildings are all separate but super cute. Zero complaints. It’s very relaxed and less big hotel feeling. Found it on a whim and will absolutely stay again

Fun family stay
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay with family outdoor nice pool we enjoy breakfast is very good. My kid is like it front desk very nice and kind this place close to5 freeway definitely a comeback. Very nice and big size. Thanks again all employee working hard.
