Personale attento e premuroso, sicuramente torneremo.
Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff e la posizione. Comoda anche la zona wellness all’aperto inclusa nel soggiorno.

Cons:

La stanza un po’ fredda e buia, da rimodernare un po’.

Pros:

Tutto. Per il prezzo (69 euro a notte in bassa stagione) abbiamo riscontrato un servizio impeccabile, area spa super pulita e senza tante persone, una colazione ricchissima e molto buona. Penso la migliore esperienza qualità prezzo che io abbia mai avuto.
Anche il ristorante è super buono, fascia prezzo medio/alta.

I have mixed feelings about the hotel
Pros:

We were a little bit confused. It is great value for money with the wellness area and breakfast. Some details are excellent (wide selection for breakfast, pool with mountain views, nice smell in the halls) but on the other hand some details are very poor and definitely not 4*hotel like

Cons:

Very noisy - when somebody upstairs went to the bathroom, we were thinking he is directly in our room. Both doors in saunas were getting stuck - very dangerous btw. Horrible eggs for breakfast - dry and no salt at all, so we weren’t motivated to stay for pricey dinner. On arrival we got a welcome drink coupon but could use it only with dinner. The staff was professional but not really friendly and didn’t speak English very well.

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת ונחמדה, הספא החיצוני מהמם ומעוצב יפה, החדר נעים ומרווח.

Cons:

הג'קוזי לא עבד בשני הלילות שבהם היינו במלון, מה שמאוד פגע בחוויה ואכזב. הבריכה המחוממת לא הייתה מספיק חמה. הצוות לא ידע לספק לנו עזרה (כששאלנו מה אפשר לעשות באזור ביום גשום פקיד הקבלה לא ידע להציע אפשרויות). המקלחון בחדר שלנו היה מפורק וכמעט נפל עלינו.

Cons:

Tutto il resto.
Camera vecchissima, letti sfondati, un giorno senza shampoo e un giorno senza bagnoschiuma.
Il sapone era da appoggiare nel lavandino non essendoci un portasapone, carta igienica appoggiata sulla pattumiera perché il porta carta era strappato dal muro.
Abbiamo chiesto una culla per le bambine, anch'essa sfondata e tutta rotta.
Frigobar non funzionante, e una poltrona sfondata anche lei.
Unica cosa che funzionava nella stanza, la tv.
Neasuna proposta vegetariana a menu come secondo piatto, ma hanno comunque preparato qualcosa di improvvisato.
Il tavolo a fianco a noi desiderava cenare con una bottiglia di vino, e alla fine dopo diverse volte che si sono sentiti dire che la bottiglia scelta non c'era (neanche uno spumante generico) si sono abbandonati al vino della casa.

Per quanto riguarda la spa non abbiamo avuto tempo per provarla, qujndi non so com'è.

Probabilmente su 4 stelle, due se le è prese negli anni 70 e le altre 2 le ha rubate
