Carpets are bit dated

Dirty, smelled of mold in rooms, pool room way too hot, a bug flew from under bed never could find it. Never staying at a best western again. First and last time!

The property actually had a great value I have stayed in a lot of different hotels the past couple months and have had some pretty bad stays where you really wouldn’t expect it . But I can honestly say I wasn’t expecting much considering and it was actually the best out of the past 4 and couldn’t I was shocked and will be considering the best western more because of this
To be honest I didn’t really find anything we did have to leave before breakfast started so can’t say much on that but it was expected to miss anywhere

Front desk staff
One young housekeeper who act like son one owe her something sorry your at work to make a check not be rude to your guests without the guests young oppressed woman you wouldn’t have a job. Remember that remember the world we were in.

Rooms not cleaned enough, windows area and behind desk not cleaned.
Furniture old. Need new furniture
Old showers and curtains not good. Water was coming through Curtain and created water on the floor. Need waterproof curtains not cloth. Really old style and not good.
Slow water rate. The water flow was really low.
Dinning area floor sticky, breakfast ends at 9 weekdays. The dinning room does not get cleaned daily, tables not cleaned and floors not mopped.
Need new mattress. Mattress sunken in.
Unable to open windows fully for good air flow as air conditioner made a lot of noise with the fan.
Soap dispensers not filled.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Every member of staff we dealt with was amazing! The air conditioning got nice and cold. The cable TV worked well. The beds were comfortable. Sheets and blankets were clean. The room wasn't immaculate but, was clean. The refrigerator worked amazingly and even though it was just a tiny fridge it kept our ice packs frozen for the night we stayed. Breakfast had quite a few options including some hot and some cold. The waffles were prepackaged, so no waffle machine. Everything was kept well stocked and they never ran out of breakfast meat or anything else.
There was only one working ice machine in the hotel, so we had to walk pretty far to fill up our ice bucket. Although the room and building were pretty clean the pool area was not extraordinarily clean and had a lot of disrepair. It was super hot in there and the pool was super cold. We had fun and the pool didn't smell overly of chlorine but, it wasn't comfortable to just hang out by the pool.

Everything the front desk staff who worked the afternoon shift on 6/25 was awesome especially the one guy from up north both of those staff at the front desk had awesome attitudes. Great energy definitely going back.
