The owne needs to set up a meeting w/staff the hotel has so much potential but feels
Pros:

I liked the size of the rooms and the jacuzzi was huge

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms were not cleaned properly—there was old, molded food left in the microwave, visible mold/mildew on the ceilings, and the headboard had a large stain that looked unsanitary.

The jacuzzi appeared only partially cleaned, to the point where we had to purchase our own bleach spray and cleaning supplies to sanitize it ourselves, which is unacceptable.

The pool area also needs attention. The lighting is poor, the room was extremely cold, and the heaters were locked, with the ones running barely working. The pool itself had hair floating in it and appeared cloudy, indicating it is not being properly maintained.

Additionally, the breakfast was very underwhelming and not worth waking up for.

Overall, this experience did not meet basic cleanliness or hospitality standards, and significant improvements are needed.

Filthy floor
Pros:

Stayed on 3/17/26. Initially the room seemed to be fine but then noticed that the floor did not look like it had been cleaned. Wiped up a piece of food under the desk chair then noticed a long hair stuck in some hardened liquid that had been spilled to the front of the refrigerator which I also wiped. Moved the ottoman to sit in the chair and found lots of dust, what appeared to be an empty candy wrapper and a dime. Started looking closer at the room. The floor in the closet was full of dust. The perimeter of the floor had dust and particles all over it. When was the last time it was cleaned properly? Then when my husband tried to turn on the nightstand light it didn’t go on. He found out it wasn’t plugged in so he moved a chair to plug it in. Again thick dust and particles of who knows what. He moved the curtain slightly and saw a pair of dirty socks and underwear! How GROSS!! We had read the good reviews about this place which helped us make our decision to stay here. The price was lower than others in the area so we didn’t expect a big room that was high end but we did expect a clean room especially based on the reviews. It’s hard to believe I’m the only one who got a dirty room. I have stayed in many nice Best Western hotels before but I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I was refused my prepaid room and they didn't refund the money!
Pros:

Nothing. I was treated by a young man who was totally indifferent to my situation.

Cons:

The manner in which I was treated. The refusal to help me out and act in an understanding human way.I was refused my room due to new management not accepting a previous privilege given to me for staying so often. He did not care the distance I had driven or how this affected the rest of my day. But the worst is, he then refused to give me a refund!
