Comfortable bed. Staff friendly. Location.

Cons:

Walls in room need paint job. Smoke detector had plastic wrap around it, I didn't notice until the last night. Told the desk when checking out. Upholstered chair and foot stool were stained. Was charged more than what I reserved the room for on booking,com. Didn't realize until after checkout

The carpet and room furniture was run down
Pros:

Very nice staff!

Cons:

They don’t clean the hallways regularly enough. There was a crushed fruit-loop in the hallway for three days. The hallways also smell terrible.

Worth the money!
Pros:

Firstly, the women who checked me in late at night was so awesome! Her personality and smile was super welcoming- the breakfast was so good! Really impressed, the location is great too! Nice neighborhood- a lot around the area and well worth the money.

Cons:

It could use some updates, but honestly it didn't really bother me that much. But a little sugar and spice in the rooms and outside in the halls does go a long way.

Great staff but room quality is absolutely terrible!
Pros:

Staff was great and very polite. The only thing that was good about the stay was the staff.

Cons:

The room was not clean at all. Dust all over the night stands. Stains on the headboard. Cigarette burns in the carpet (rooms have been non smoking for over a decade). My sons pajama feet were brown after 5 minutes on the carpet. So the carpets are never clraned just vacuumed.The furniture is so destroyed that they paint it. Although they just paint over stuck on debris and stains. This was a king suite that was disgusting and needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned especially the carpet! The other bad portion of the stay was someone rented a room but had like 20 to 30 people for a birthday party at the pool that were not guests. We ouldn't even take my youngest son swimming because it was complete chaos. Will never stay at this location again!

Busy Place
Pros:

Convenient location and good value.

Cons:

Room was musty after running the AC. We did have a rainy stay. Breakfast was a bit picked over. We were down an hour before it ended. Some items got restocked a little but there were a lot of guests trying to eat at the same time. We had a hard time figuring out where to come in with the wet paint area in front of the main entrance. Circled the building before realizing that we could still use the front door. It was not very clear to us.
