Amenities were so so. Food bar was average
It has a 50 ft pool that is open 5 AM to 10 PM. Great for lap swimming. The rooms are also large and comfortable. Even though breakfast officially started at 7 AM, coffee and cereals were already available at 6 AM for early starters.
All breakfast plates and cutlery are disposable paper and plastic. Notable exception: The nice porcelain coffee mugs.
Location, very large Tv and the cleansliness
Being woke up by housekeeping at 830 am without her even knocking on the door. Then the manager banging on the door while im in the shower accusing me of smoking pot in the room which I wasn't I was in the shower. I literally had to come out of the shower in a towel after he didnt believe I was in the shower. No extra towel no blankets for the pullout bed. That pullout mattress was destroyed not even usable. The floor stained with idk what. This has been the worst experience at best western that I have ever had at best western. I dot know if I will stay again. Something needs to be done about this as this is not acceptable
I liked that it was enough room for me and my children. They were nice accommodating.
The thing I didn't like was our microwave didn't work? It didn't spin my refrigerator being properly, the freezer didn't our ice cream and everything melted right away, and my son fell down the stairs.

The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, especially the biscuits.
The rooms are dated and the bathroom was particularly bad, with black grout, broken tiles, broken toilet paper holder, and dirty walls. The hot tub was also out of order.
