Our room had no light bulbs, no towels and no air conditioning
This location is not a safe location. The facility appeared to have sustained some water damage and several homeless were hanging in and around the lobby. My 10yr old felt unsafe and scared so we didn’t stay
Four issues with room: fridge, toilet, shower rod, cold water in bathroom sink.
I could solve two of these by myself. The most annoying issue was that the toilet did not flush. (No water in the tank. Probably the flapper valve not seating itself after a previous flush. Not sure, because the design of the bathroom counter prevented me from easily lifting the tank lid and looking inside.) I handled the issue myself by filling the ice bucket with water and dumping water down the bowl to cause flushing as needed. I reported this issue to the front desk, and also reminded staff on check-out two days later. The room was clean, but worn cabinets and paint indicated deferred maintenance and cutting corners. Breakfast was late on Sunday morning. Location good, parking good, noise acceptable, staff very pleasant. The bad outweighed to good, unfortunately.
Staff was friendly
Was not in good condition seemed very minimal upkeep and services
Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure
No notification the pool didn’t work, staff didn’t explain anything such as where the room was or elevator. Sheets on bed had grease or stains on them, the bathroom had mold on ceiling, there was a car outside our window revving up the engine for over an hour, also felt like we was rushed the next morning by getting emails and texts wanting to know when we leave.
Good location for OSU games.

The room we weee assigned bathroom was filled with dirty water- the room itself looks like a party had gone on there
It’s was dirty and unorganized
Restaurant, bar and pool are all closed. The hotel was dirty (overgrown landscaping, peeling paint, trash in elevator, dirt or dip? on floors). I had a very confusing interaction with check in. Stood there awkwardly as I was told basically nothing is open in the hotel, save the tiny rooms. There was even caution tape surrounding a set of lobby bathrooms. My daughter got locked into one of the stalls in another lobby bathroom. I would not recommend staying here. We ended up checking out immediately and driving back to Tulsa.
Took 15 -25 minutes for any receptionist to show up. Dial 0 just dials the phone at the desk so that’s not helpful. In that time a homeless guy walked in and turned left. The bed had food under it. There door lock didn’t fully work wouldn’t light up so we had no idea it was open and then didn’t reengage for a couple minutes so who knows if our door was locked. There was a booger or some substance on the towels. The tv barely worked volume wise. Wouldn’t get above a whisper. The pool area was 90 degrees and had mold. That door lock barely was holding together
We booked two nights and refused to stay the second night. We found another hotel in town. We are very frugal but we literally paid for a second hotel. The poor staff did their best but were overwhelmed. We waited for nearly 30 minutes with not a soul in sight at check in. Finally someone came down and apparently had been having to help housekeeping. Not her fault. Homeless men walking in and out of lobby. So run down. Needs to be closed and completely renovated. Why in the world would Wyndham be ok with having their name on this property?
Wasn’t great. Enjoyed the location to OSU. Room smelled like mold.
This hotel needs renovation desperately! The staff are exceptional, the facilities are in need of renovation.
Close to the colege so easy access. Wish they wouldn't raise theie rates so high just for family weekend at the college but all the surrounding ones did too.

I always like to come here if they have the availability
We arrived around 10 p.m. to check in, only to discover our room was not ready. When I opened the door, there was woman already inside. We startled each other, and she told me I definitely did not want to go in there and this room would not be accessible.
We were then reassigned to another room. However, when the elevator doors opened, we were met with a pit bull in the hallway and an overwhelming smell of smoke that reeked of skunk. The smoke detectors had been dismantled, with wires hanging from the walls, an alarming safety hazard.
At that point, I simply placed our room keys on the front desk. The receptionist, who was very kind and professional, immediately understood why we could not stay. As a parent with three children, there was no way I could expose them to such unsafe and unsettling conditions.
This experience was unacceptable and deeply concerning.
The property is outdated. It is kind of run down and dirty. The room was ok and the bedding was clean, but the A/C blows directly on one of the beds.
The net is that the condition of this property does damage to the Wyndham brand!
It is time to put money into that property and renovate it!!!
Ok. Great location. The property is clean and the employees are fantastic.
The property is dated and has seen better days. Sloppy stuff like holes in sheet rock, bad paint, 1 lightbulb of the 4 worked in the bathroom etc.
Again though, it was clean and on a parent’s weekend for the university..ridiculously priced but comparable with the Hampton down the street the same weekend
The rooms need to be clean and redone. They are dirty and moldy. Would not stay there again.
