It was a short stay but nice.
Pros:

The first room was very spacious but I preferred something closer to where my car was parked and the receptionist was very accommodating to move me to a better room :)

Cons:

Everything was to my liking, thank you!

Cons:

The room was filthy and disgusting. The pull out sofa bed sheet had mold and blood on it. The blood had leaked through the sheets and was penetrated onto the mattress it was disgusting!!

Pros:

The door to the room was off the hinges. Had to lift this heavy door to open and close it. Very bad on my back. Only stayed 1 night.

Tired old hotel but kitchen lady and receptionist helped.

The lady in the breakfast area who helped me

Cons:

The housekeeper who knocked on my door at 10:55 telling me checkout was at 11 am. I replied I had asked for and received a noon checkout. She snarled again. That reduced my tip by 50%.

Pros:

Mildew smell is panpant in New Braunsfels hotels due to river activity being so popular there for tourism. This one had zero smell, HOWEVER whrilpool tub is getting old and loud. Don't book for the use of it. It did work tho.
