The best part was the fire, & pool

The campfire, pool, hot tub,

Cons:

The rooms across the street (not at the pool site) there is no campfire going, the bed was poor, I was told they were all tempurpedic, especially in our upgraded room, not so, we also had windows you couldn’t see out of due to some kind of white all over the windows.

Quirky, friendly,and a great location with very poor beds.
Pros:

It has a great location and the staff were wonderful. Loved having the guitar in our room. Very spacious room.

Cons:

The bed was terrible…way too soft! I do have a bad back and the bed offered no support. Neither of us got any real sleep.

Came for a show it’s great convenient place to stay clean cute great service
Pros:

Loved the bed. It was so comfortable.

Cons:

Small thing I had a hard time working the TV and finding just the normal TV station, but it had all the different platforms you could sign in and use your own prime or Netflix so that was cool

Pros:

I liked that the day time staff where so understanding about what I needed to do with my family. The evening staff,was not as understanding and really embarrassed my family. The man at night stood over us watching and j7st rude. I will stay there again only because of the day time staff.

Cons:

The evening staff guy. He was so rude! Not nice! He embarrassed our family even though I communicated what was going on. Very uncomfortable with him watching us when they had cameras. I would fire him!

This property is awesome — and the food truck bar around the corner (same owners) is so much fun. We skipped multiple nights in downtown Bend because the hotel, food trucks, and bar were more fun. Loved the bonfire. Pool/hot tub had way too much chlorine … Would be ideal if they could use a less chemically cleaning mechanism… we all reeked of chlorine for a long time after. Truck park/bar nearby had such a great variety of authentic, handmade food, and killer cocktails. All reasonably priced. And we even got a surprise karaoke night thrown in. What a gem.

food trucks and bar were a close walk.. also, the grocery store was right across the street .. heated outdoor pool and hot tub in winter and bar open untill 10pm. Breakfast foodtruck open at 7am

One of the better places to ski out of for the money l.
Pros:

Clean. Fair value. Parking is convenient and makes loading and unloading easy. Hot tub and pool are a bonus.

Cons:

It can fluctuate extremely in price.
