Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing unless you want carbohydrates. Americans eat eggs and breakfast meat… it can’t be that hard to provide better choices.

Good place to stay along highway 81. Strange smell in the hallway though.
Pros:

It serves its purpose very well. Excellent place to stay the night off the hotel. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee was good. Would stay here again.

Location was convenient to our venue and the interstate. Facility and room was super clean, room was quiet, and very comfy bed! Staff was accommodating and friendly. For the price, this is a great stay!

Rooms clean, beds comfy. Desk clerk needs attitude adjustment?
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable; All the equipment was working. Room was clean. We were on the first floor which made it easily accessible Breakfast was microwaveable but plenty of it.

Cons:

The experience when we first checked in around 5 pm was terrible. The lady at the desk was very rude to me like I was bothering her? I was very polite and calm. When I asked her about how the internet and the cable worked, she talked down to me like I was unintelligent? I got it working after a while. We stayed 2 nights and need my Java in the morning at 5:30 when I wake up. When I asked her for coffee pods for the next morning on our 2nd night, she said they would bring them? I waited till around 9 pm and no pods I was about ready to go to bed without them. My coworker went out to ask when they would be delivered to the room, and she replied it wasn't her job. I was afraid to even ask for anything from her knowing it would be unpleasant. This position may not be the right fit for her?
