Cons:

Bed was too soft and AC kept “resetting” to 74* during the night. Woke up a few times to turn it down again

I’ll definitely consider booking here again whenever I’m in the area in the future.
Pros:

Location was close enough to the concert venue for affordable Ubers, but far enough away to be quiet and away from heavy traffic. Room was clean, employees were friendly.

Cons:

The shower drain seemed to be clogged, or maybe it just drains slowly by design… either way it made showering somewhat unpleasant, because who wants to stand ankle deep in the grime and soap they just washed off their hair and body?

Outstanding Place
Pros:

Beautiful and contemporary place with really great staff and a Starbuck's. Surprisingly cool outdoor space in the back, big, comfy room with micro and fridge. Couldn't have asked for more.

Cons:

The prices on their menu are aggregiously insane. 13 bucks for an egg sandwich, for example. Next time, I definitely dine out for all meals.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Desk clerk and bistro workers were very friendly and the food was great.
Pros:

Room was clean and big. Loved the layout with the couch and the tv mount so you could turn it.

Cons:

The shower head didn’t work right and didn’t like that the shower door remained open to the bathroom.
