Il personale è sempre cortese e disponibile, molto professionale, l'ambiente è rilassante, la posizione è buona.

L'altra volta era più pulito, stavolta c'erano segni sul pavimento e ho trovato un pelo (non di capelli, purtroppo!) incastrato nella nappa della doccia...strano, perché l'altra volta era assolutamente impeccabile...peccato...

Albergo perfetto per visitare i dintorni di Ancona, staff superlativo
Pros:

Albergo a breve distanza da tutte le attrazioni da vedere in zona e al Palacasali.
Colazione ben oltre le aspettative, completo di tutto quanto necesssario (compresa selezione di tisane, molto raro da trovare negli alberghi).
Ottima pulizia della stanza e del bagno, staff super competente e gentilissimo.
