Für ein Hotel zu dem Preis nicht angemessen.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das Einchecken war leider erst spät möglich und wir mussten ungewöhnlich lange warten.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Hotel für zwei Tage Köln
Pros:

Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrräder in der eigenen Tiefgarage zu einem fairen Preis.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war nicht gut steuerbar und bei der großen Hitze nicht ausreichend.
Reklamation unsererseits wegen nicht funktionierender Lüftung wurde in den zwei Tagen nicht nachgegangen.
Blick unters Bett : Flasche vom Vorgänger und viel Dreck.

Personal wie immer sehr freundlich

Cons:

Leider nur ein einfaches Zimmer in der 2. Etage. Hatten für den Preis etwas Besseres erwartet. Waren insgesamt zu 6, wir haben am Meisten gezahlt und das günstigste Zimmer bekommen. Waren schon häufiger Gast.

Angenehmes, modernes Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Interieur hat uns gefallen und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Auch im Restaurant haben wir zweimal gegessen und sind sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Lage des Hotels ist aus unserer Sicht optimal, da man mit der Strassenbahn sehr gut bis ins Zentrum und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt fahren kann. Unseren Pkw und unsere E-Bikes konnten wir für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes in der Tief-Garage lassen.

Cons:

Die Belüftung / Klima-Anlage - sofern es denn eine ist - hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert. Wir hatten bemerkt, dass vor den Fenstern Rouleaus eingebaut waren, die sich aber nicht herunterfahren liessen und deshalb wurde es im Zimmer tagsüber relativ warm. Eine Kühlung war nicht wirklich feststellbar. Auf unseren Hinweis wegen der defekten Rouleaus sagte man uns, dass man diese leider nicht reparieren könne, was ich etwas seltsam finde. Der Bau ist ja noch nicht wirklich alt. Diesbezüglich sollte man sich etwas einfallen lassen. Die Sommer werden ja auch nicht kühler.

Schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, genügend Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage und neben dem Hotel.

Cons:

Ein Abfluss im Badezimmer hat sehr unangenehm gerochen/gestunken während des gesamten Aufenthaltes.
Im Hotel hielt sich auch eine grössere Gruppe auf, die wohl an einer Tagung teilnahmen.
Die haben sich während dem Frühstück und auch in der Lobby sehr, sehr laut (sehr störend) unterhalten (ohne Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste).

Im Prinzip war alles gut bis auf das Frühstück

Preis-Leistung passt nicht
Sitzmöglichkeit alles sehr eng
Frühstück ziemlich verzottelt - nicht übersichtlich
Büfett ist auch nicht schön angerichtet
Das könnte man definitiv alles schöner gestalten

Bloedheet maar heerlijk weekend.
Pros:

Locatie is perfect. Vlakbij prima OV-verbindingen richting centrum en het stadion.

Cons:

Het inchecken was heel chaotisch, een grote groep vulde de hal en de individuele reizigers drongen ongegeneerd voor.

Enttäuschend… schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Den Checkin muss der Kunde selbst durchführen, also alle Daten am iPad selbst eingeben.
Die Klimaanlage war eine Katastrophe. Ich blieb eine Nacht und kam spät auf mein Zimmer - von daher konnte ich es nicht reklamieren - aber die Nacht in der Hitze und mit dem modrigen Geruch zu verbringen war nicht schön. Kühlschrank wurde ebenfalls nicht richtig kalt. Alles in allem enttäuschend - vor allem im
Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Die Nacht kostete mich ohne Frühstück über 300 Euro. Bei dem wenigen Komfort werde ich sicherlich nicht zurückkehren.
