Die Zimmer waren gut und haben den Erwartungen soweit entsprochen.

Cons:

Empfangspersonal war unprofessionell und stark gestresst, obwohl es keine wirkliche Schlange gab (2 weitere Personen bei 2 Rezeptionisten...). Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Von zwei Kaffeemaschinen war nur eine in Betrieb. Kein Personal da, was sich um das Auffüllen der Bohnen gekümmert hat. An der anderen Kaffeemaschine standen 15 Gäste Schlange. Bis diese dann auch leer war. Personal kannte sich nicht aus. Für den Preis von 150€ für ein Zimmer nicht akzeptabel und auch nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Tolles Hotel, sehr bequeme Betten, gemütliches und sauberes Zimmer. Die Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage zu parken war super.Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, sind aber sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.
