Een goed hotel om te overnachten maar meer ook niet.
Pros:

De kamer was klein maar ruim genoeg. Ondanks dat er een klapbaar was, tochtte het niet door de slimme plaatsing van de gordijnen. Het was allemaal vooral efficiënt.

Cons:

De communicatie met het hotel was uitsluitend digitaal en ook nog eens complex. Gastvrijheid is totaal afwezig. Ik heb alleen bij het ontbijt kort een medewerker gezien. Dit moet echt beter.

Sehr schön, zutreffend und lohnenswert.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartung voll und ganz erfüllt. Speziell unser Zimmer hatte eine sehr gute Aufteilung, dass wir einen Teil sogar als "Wohnzimmer" nutzen konnten. Da wir kein Frühstück gebucht haben, haben wir uns sehr gefreut, dass auf allen Etagen Besteck und Geschirr zum Nehmen bereit stand.
Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die zentrale Lage hat uns ermöglicht, die stadtnahen Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu unternehmen. Das hat uns besonders gefallen. Und es waren ausreichend Parkplätze einschließlich Fahrradunterstand vorhanden.
Wir können das Hotel empfehlen für andere Gäste und kommen gerne wieder.

Werden wiederkommen, schon im November.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal !! Immer um eine Lösung bemüht.Gute Lage zu Innenstadt und Schlei. Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Online Check- in ist nicht so meine Sache. Wurde durch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter "entschärft"1

Die Unterkunft kann man nur weiterempfehlen,tolles Konzept , einfach tolles Hotel
