My tv was not working and the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything about it.

The bathroom, the water pressure, the smell, the soiled furniture, the accommodations. Once I arrived they told me they canceled my room but did not state the reason. They gave my room away and they gave me a King suite with one bed and one pull out. Which didn't work as it was two people to stay in the room. The pull out was flimsy and uncomfortable-NO blankets or pillows for the pull out. The water pressure was low in the room. I'm only leaving this review to prevent someone else making a mistake staying here. It is priced low for a reason.

Our sheets were dirty not changed. Creamer and sugar packets were already open. The breakfast wasn't looking good to even purchase.

El lugar tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente desde el front desk, las personas que trabajan ahí no tienen actitud de ayuda cooperación y brindar un servicio al cliente óptimo diligente, la limpieza es terrible, estuvimos 3 noches y nadie los hizo el servicio de limpieza. El teléfono no sirve para comunicarnos al front desk para el cambio de toallas al menos

I didn’t like the fact that I really didn’t get the opportunity to get comfortable because once we return to the room, the television wasn’t working and I had to call down to the front desk at least twice for Assistance in which they did move us to another room. The other issue was the area was extremely small. It felt like you were in a shoebox. The restroom space was horrible. There was no legroom or movement in the way they frame the room for the toilet and the shower. So basically you paid for an ambience. I would not recommend anyone booking a stay there because there was no real comfort. Only the location.

It had no microwave in the room, no wash rags in bathroom, my equests upon booking that were confirmed were not filled, tha hallway, s are dark, no breakfasts, overpriced for what you get, someone was being arrested upon my arrival to the lobby.

Room could be cleaner. We moved the bed a bit to join the foams as we had little kids. The dirt under the bed was an eye sore - obviously had not been swept. This was quite disappointing.

The food staff could be a little more present but spoke to front desk about that. Hot water in shower was low and TV remote didn't work. Also the hangers were only for shirts and no trousers hangers exist in the hotel.
