‼️ Green Pool / No Good - Staff inconsistent ‼️

I can’t say too many positive things about this hotel. My stay was very inconsistent and frustrating from the start. I was moved to three different rooms during my visit. The first room had renovation and construction happening right next door, making it noisy and uncomfortable. The second room had a television that did not work at all.

By the time I was moved to the third room, it was finally comfortable and much better overall, but unfortunately, the television still did not work there either. For the price and expectation of a hotel stay, basic comfort and working amenities should not be an issue. I would not recommend staying here due to the inconsistency and inconvenience.

Could of been a great stay
Pros:

Shay was pleasant in kind and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

The occupants on the floor below me were quite disruptive during the night. Consequently, I experienced a poor day the following day due to insufficient sleep. The night staff indicated that they would address the issue, but it didn't appear to be resolved. Furthermore, they failed to record the incident in their system.

Pros:

I love the location and the modern anesthetic of the hotel. They have a nice and clean gym. Staff is very friendly. I spent 4 nights and it was a good experience!

Pros:

Th property was clean, the receptionists on Sunday at 2:30 pm I can’t remember her name she went over and beyond, for me . Magnificent Customer service she had.
