Coloquei 6 peças de roupas suja em um cesto no quarto ao lado da cama. A camareira entendeu que era lixo e jogou fora. O hotel ainda não me retornou sobre como vai proceder. Gostaria de pedir uma posição do booking para tal. Como agir?

A pleasant stay in our preferred location
Pros:

We stayed at Director years ago, prior to the refurbishment and enjoyed it so much, we decided to stay again. The new hotel has lost its character, the rooms are very small, the bathroom even smaller - think having to turn backwards to reach the toilet paper. On the positives, the location is perfect, cleanliness is 10/10 and breakfast is very good. The other negative is having to pay extra even for a coffee pod; most hotels provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room without charge.

Providing tea/coffee making facilities in the room without charge; there is no kettle, instant coffee or teabags provided. The room has a pod machine, pods are charged individually.

Está ok pero probaría otro hotel la próxima
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, el aire acondicionado enfría bien y la cama es muy cómoda.

Cons:

El staff es bastante mala onda, no devuelven ni el buenos días. También dejé el cartel de no molestar y me llamaron por tel para ver si quería que me hagan la habitación. Para que se pone el cartel entonces?
