Muy buena ubicación, cerca del Metro, varios restaurantes en los alrededores. Hotel muy tranquilo, relajante, no se siente la bulla de la ciudad, sin embargo uno está cerca de todo.

La ubicación, atención, limpieza y excelente el desayuno
Para trabajar resulta un poco incómoda los bancos o puf de la habitación, quedan muy bajos en relación a la mesa de trabajo. El resto excelente

La habitación muy cómoda, quizás el tamaño, pequeño. Pero es tema personal, pues estaba todo ok.
El personal muy amable ( excepto el anfitrion de la noche, un señor joven de moño que no saludaba y no daba su cara, mal educado) el aseo de la habitación impecable y la habitación muy acogedora

La ubicación.
Servicio de recepción. Cuando llegamos, nos dimos cuenta que el control remoto de la TV no funcionaba, por lo que llamamos a la recepción para avisar y que lo pudiesen cambiar. Después de muchos llamados infructuosos, nos respondió Christian de recepción, quien muy displicentemente contestó : "OK, pediré a Mantención que vaya".
Después de 45 minutos sin novedades, volvimos a llamar y nuevamente no nos contestaban, incluso se notaba que después de un par de intentos simplemente habían descolgado el teléfono. Ante esto, mi mujer bajó a la recepción y para nuestra sorpresa no es que hubiese habido mucha gente en la recepción por lo que no nos podían contestar...no había nadie: estaba el mismo recepcionista y como si nada le dice a mi mujer que no podría solucionar el tema porque en el hotel no había servicio de mantención...siendo que es lo que me había dicho antes. Conclusión, el recepcionista contestó cualquier cosa para sacarse el problema de encima y no hizo absolutamente nada, en vez de ayudar a resolverlo.

Room felt quite small
La ubicacion
La cama es super bajita, es practicamente una plancha de metal y sobre ella un colchon, muy incomoda. Ademas, nos desconectaron la tarjeta de la habitacion desde un dia antes y la reconectaron y la volvieron a desconectar el mismo dia antes del check out. Llevamos las maletas un dia antes y el dia que llegamos de regreso no encontraban la reservacion y tuvimos que esperara muy cansados del viaje. No hay donde guardar la ropa, solo 4 ganchitos y ya. Personal poco amable- enfrente de mi le.preguntaron al encargado que si nos hacian un upgrade y le dijo que no.
Lo unico que si es positivo es la limpieza y el baño. Como.recomendacion traten mejor al turista que llega a su pais de visita.
