Pros:

We had an issue with monsoon weather ant needed to check in early for our safety. The staff was very helpful and made us feel comfortable.

Horrible location
Pros:

In a very bad location. Could hear the traffic all night. Blasting music from Plaza Bonita because of Friday "Happy Hour". Way overpriced, I could have stayed at Hampton Inn for about $30 more. I will never rent a room there ever again!!!

Great hotel
Pros:

Central location, easy to get to sites you want to see (close to Sedona), we stayed 5 days. Nice hot tub, pool could have been tended a bit more (lots of leaves). They have a washer and dryer ($1 each per load). We washed clothes and enjoyed the hot tub (about 20 feet away). Great desk staff and the breakfast area was well-tended.

you can HEAR EVERYTHING! If someone so much as tip toes up the stairs you can hear it. Disappointed that the “king suite” was located where it was
