Overpriced, lack of communication, the room itself was acceptable

My room wasn’t ready on time and I had texted the hotel at 7:30 in the morning asking for an early check-in with no response. When I arrived at 1 o’clock, my room wasn’t ready when I came back at two and my room wasn’t ready when they called at 2:30. My room wasn’t ready when I came back at three. My room wasn’t ready. I just felt the lack of communication was disrespectful and the fact my room wasn’t ready was extremely disrespectful.

Horrible location
Pros:

In a very bad location. Could hear the traffic all night. Blasting music from Plaza Bonita because of Friday "Happy Hour". Way overpriced, I could have stayed at Hampton Inn for about $30 more. I will never rent a room there ever again!!!
