Very nice would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Very nice facility, good breakfast, nice workout room, staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable.

Amazing
Pros:

I traveled with my family including 2 teens with autism. The staff was amazing, helpful and kind.
The room could easily fit 5 people, beds comfortable- only negative thing is the aircon was by the beds and a bit windy.

Great location and a clean hotel, but poor room design and unhelpful front desk staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent. The hotel was clean and felt new.

Cons:

The modern room layout was not practical. The bathroom has a frosted glass door directly opposite the bed, so the light shines straight into your eyes, making it impossible to sleep while someone is using the bathroom. I was also disappointed with the front desk staff. I contacted them several times, but none of my issues were resolved. It seemed there was no communication between the front desk and housekeeping, because every time I spoke directly with the housekeeping staff, my request was resolved immediately.

Pros:

Kids staying for free was wonderful!
They had a wonderful trundle bed which doubled as a couch, which worked perfectly for our grandson.
The room was spacious compared to most other hotel offerings.
It was also very soundproof between rooms.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking was a real turn-off we’d never experienced before!!
The bathroom had a door with full glass (milky, not see thru’) which prevented anyone from using it in the night or getting up and showering early, as the light in the bathroom would light up the whole room and wake everyone else up.
The pool was very small…but we had it all to ourselves, so it worked out well!
One of the morning staff people was very un-friendly! :(

Good, Brieakfast needs someonte else keeping up with the demand of coffee and hot food.

Can you please check the laundry to see if they have a white satin short ladies robe that was mixed up in the laundry towesl possibly? Call 719 500 1734
