Pros:

V tomto hoteli som bola už druhýkrát a vybrala som si ho opäť práve preto, že pri mojej prvej návšteve som bola mimoriadne spokojná. Samotný hotel si stále drží veľmi vysokú úroveň – izby sú pekné, čisté a pohodlné, poloha je vynikajúca a celkový štandard ubytovania je naozaj veľmi dobrý.

Napriek tomu musím tentoraz spomenúť aj dve nepríjemné skúsenosti, ktoré výrazne ovplyvnili náš pobyt.

Už pred príchodom som dvakrát uviedla v požiadavkách, že vzhľadom na intoleranciu laktózy prosím o lactose-free jogurt na raňajky. Ráno však pripravený nebol a personál ma opakovane uisťoval, že bude „o dve minúty“. Čakala som približne 40 minút, no bez výsledku som nakoniec odišla. Za nešťastný považujem aj prístup pána, ktorému som sa sťažovala – jeho reakcia na mňa pôsobila arogantne a namiesto snahy o pochopenie situácie mi bolo oznámené, že zo strany hotela k pochybeniu nedošlo, keďže po 40 minútach mi jogurt napokon vedeli zabezpečiť. Osobne to nepovažujem za primeraný prístup, najmä ak išlo o vopred oznámenú zdravotnú požiadavku.

Druhá nepríjemná skúsenosť nesúvisela priamo s vinou hotela, ale zásadne ovplyvnila kvalitu nášho pobytu. V susednej izbe bola ubytovaná rodina s tromi deťmi, ktoré obidve noci veľmi hlučne kričali a dupali po izbe. Po prvej takmer prebdenej noci sme sa obrátili na recepciu a musím oceniť, že recepčný nám ochotne zabezpečil inú izbu, aby sme sa aspoň od druhej hodiny po polnoci mohli trochu vyspať. Tento ústretový krok si vážim, no napriek tomu bol náš pobyt týmto hlukom výrazne narušený. Barcelonu sme si tak, žiaľ, pre únavu a nevyspatosť vôbec neužili tak, ako sme očakávali.

Hotel má bezpochyby kvalitu, výbornú polohu a veľmi dobrý štandard, no tentoraz náš celkový dojem pokazili okolnosti, ktoré by pri takejto úrovni služieb mali byť riešené citlivejšie a pohotovejšie.

호텔 자체는 오래되었지만 깔끔하게 관리 되어있었습니다.

Sonst hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und lecker.

Cons:

Der Balkon war nicht zu gebrauchen, da er komplett zugebaut war und absolut null Ausblick hatte. Und das bei diesem Preis entfinden wir es als absolute Frechheit.

Beyond expectations
Pros:

Omg the location is super perfect close to larambla and catalunya, the staff were beyond helpful and friendly, wanna thank Laura for his kindness and her beautiful smile, we loved everything about the hotel and we are 100% going there again!
