Great location, rooms too small
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, but very tiny and 2 of us with bags just didn't fit comfortably and we had to climb over each other and bags constantly.

Excellent location, clean nice fresh looking hotel Friendly staff. Note that the entrance is below street level, climbing down the stairs.

Cons:

Cozy described the room well, it is fairly small and with two staying one has to climb over another to get to/off bed.

I had a wonderful stay here. The entire team is exceptionally friendly and efficient, special thanks to Maria at the bar for being so welcoming, and to the guys at the main desk for their great service! Both the set menu for dinner and the breakfast were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The layout of the room meant the bed only had one side accessible. I had to climb over the other person to get out, which wasn't ideal.

Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel es la localización que es muy céntrica.
Además fueron muy amables en todo momento y cuando les dije que era celíaca me hicieron el desayuno a parte, en la cocina, que estaba excelente.
Es moderno y bonito y estaba todo muy limpio.

Cons:

La habitación es bastante pequeña, pero suficiente para mi sola.

Stay here if you want a very central location and not going to spend a lot of time in your room.
Pros:

The location is exceptional: surrounded by all the places of interest and Jamie Oliver’s restaurant is just round the corner. Staff were also fantastic and helpful especially check in staff.

Cons:

WiFi was sketchy and honestly, for what it is, the price is quite high. Also, my bathroom wa not very clean and had a musty smell as there were no windows.

An enjoyable family/clan vacation in Dublin.
Pros:

Staff went over and above to make our stay enjoyable, extremely helpful.
The breakfast was delicious, the various offerings excellent.
Storing suitcases both prior to check-in and after check-out was very helpful.

Cons:

The security guards and physical security speakes volumes concerning local security challenges, although we encountered no issues.
The room size 10² was a bad dream. We expected a micro cubicle and that's exactly what we received. We booked our room only because other family members of our party stayed there.
The common areas, restaurant, bar, reception are extremely small for a hotel of this size.
The price was outrageous, although Dublin is known as an expensive tourist destination.
