Great place for a reasonably priced stay right in the centre
Pros:

Excellent location; staff very helpful; rooms comfortable and clean with great selection of toiletries. Nice, historic building with character.

Cons:

I do like a kettle in the room.

Great location on Gran Via, elegant air conditioned rooms.
Pros:

Style of the rooms, comfortable beds.

Cons:

The additional cost for the breakfast seemed high given the cost of the room; the breakfast buffet was adequate but not worth 20 euro per person. We ate in only once- better value breakfasts available close by in local cafes.

Overall I can recommend to anyone who likes to be in the center of Madrid.
Pros:

Beautiful, clean and good location.
Shower is amazing!

Cons:

Great breakfast but the worker was so so…, no smile, not friendly.
