This Hotel is right on Grande vía very centrally located. It is easy to walk to some of the highlights of the City. The Hotel is Very clean, and the staff is truly outstanding. It is on a very busy main street but we did not have any issues at all with the noise. We asked for a room that face away from the street. We never heard a sound.

Close proximity to everything. Great value for the price and location. The extra toiletries were nice to have. The rooftop bar was awesome, especially at sunset.
The breakfast was reasonable but nothing special. I would have liked a coffee pot in the room or ability to get a coffee at the hotel.
Hotel Atlántico is conveniently located on Gran Vía, making it easy to explore central Madrid on foot. The standout was the front-desk service, particularly on my departure morning when I was dealing with unexpected flight delays. The gentleman assisting me was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. He arranged my taxi, offered me water, and made a stressful morning much easier.
Unfortunately, the room itself felt rather generic and lacked the warmth and character I'd enjoyed at other accommodations during my trip. The harsh white lighting wasn't particularly relaxing, and some bathroom amenities, including the commercial-style toilet-paper dispenser and outdated wall-mounted hair dryer, felt institutional rather than welcoming.

Its location closed to great restaurants and few feet away to Metro and Bus stop.
Noise and chaos outside but onced inside feels serene.

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantico. Everything was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall experience was excellent. The property was well maintained and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The only downside was that it was a little expensive, but overall, the quality and experience made it worthwhile. We would happily recommend it!

El Hotel es excelente segunda vez que me alojo en el cuando visito Madrid, ubicación privilegiada en la Gran Via, sus instalaciones y habitaciones maravillosas si quieres un hotel histórico, el personal excelente en la recepción y habitaciones un trato especial a sus huespedes , el desayuno muy completo y variado

The big problem is that you can NOT park for a second to unload the suitcases. This hotel is not prepare for that, police does NOT allowed to do that. So you have to park wherever and go the this hotel walking with all your suitcases by foot........YES, 3 or 4 or 5 block pushing your suitcases by yourself and then paid more than 300 dollars a night

Breakfast was a disaster, arrived at 9:30, only one person on the whole breakfast floor, he was great but overwhelmed. Ten tables were empty but all had dirty plates on them, we had to clear a table for ourselves.
There were no plates, no cutlery, no cups anywhere to be found.
No eggs in the buffet, had to ask then wait for everything.
Not the staff members fault, this is all the management’s responsibility.
The staff on reception were not friendly just rude and abrupt.
We won’t return
