Spacious room, excellent location, very near to both metro station and bus stop . Walking distance to Puerta de sol ,plaza mayor and Royal Palace. Staff was courteous. House keep Alexandra cleaned and decorated my room beautifully. Good choice to stay if u like hustle bustle of city and wats to stay in the heart of it.

Cons:

Definitely need to change the shampoo brand offered as complimentary toiletries, its quite rough on hair.

Täydellinen sijainti Gran vialla. Täällä oli tapahtumien keskipisteessä. Moneen keskeiseen nähtävyyteen pääsi kävellen. Huone oli todella loistelias ja hyvällä maulla sisustettu ja erittäin viihtyisä. Lähellä monipuolisia palveluita kauppoineen ja ravintoloineen.

Cons:

Vaikka sänky oli todella iso ja siinä oli hyvin tilaa nukkua, oli se kuitenkin liian kova makuuni. Sain kuitenkin pehmennettyä sitä parilla viltillä, jotka auttoivat onneksi vähän asiaa. Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta tuoreita hedelmiä olisi voinut olla enemmän.

Great central location. Would highly recommend.
Pros:

Very central, although not noisy at all. Clean. Very comfy bed. Friendly reception staff.

Cons:

Decor was perhaps not as modern as i am used to, however i think this may be to do with the aesthetic of the hotel and quite typically spanish looking.

Pros:

Very spacious and comfortable room in central location. The bar area and rooftop terrace was huge. Breakfast was easy and priced reasonably. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
