Os recepcionistas a maioria não era muito simpáticos.
Não tem restaurante. Tem apenas o café da manhã. Qualquer outra coisa que precise, não conse ou tem que ir ao 9 andar.

We were only in Madrid for two days after a destination wedding and we wanted a central location. This hotel worked out

Spotless! Conveniently located. Nice breakfast. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

Only one small complaint. Loud man doing his t-shirt sales order at the breakfast on our second morning. Taking calls and talking with a customer who I don’t believe was staying there. Kind of ruined our lovely breakfast.

Good value in Madrid - way more positive than negative.
Pros:

Lots of light in the room and bathroom - very clean.
Spacious. Great linen, towels, housecoats. Good water pressure. Great lighting. Tiny elevators not a big deal. Nice breakfast and awesome view from the top of the building. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff very friendly.

Cons:

Very busy street and street noise all hours, esp if you like your windows open at night. No real restaurant (breakfast only), weird little lobby and some dour male faces at the counter. Where are the women?….. cleaning and serving.
