The staff very obliging, car park very good, Lower part of hotel smart. Nice steak meal on first night.
Upstairs very tired, bedroom doors didn't go with the building, stayed in room 5 mattress finished needs new one, window seat but not easy to sit in, bathroom needs deep clean, radiator in wrong place to close to toilet would be better to put heated towel rail by shower as no where to hang them, no where to put soap when in shower, no slip mat for shower. Meal on second night awful, steak pie with only 4 pieces of meat the rest runny gravy, didn't eat at hotel again.
Good location, the staff we encountered were friendly as well.
Good size bedroom and nice breakfast.
Shower in the room is very small - makes for a snug shower
Staff were so friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble x
The hotel had a very Homely feeling
There were no pastries for breakfast
EXCELLENT BREAKFAST . THE BEST WE’VE HAD IN A LONG TIME.
Friendly and homely atmosphere
Great breakfast
The staff in this family run hotel were excellent and couldn't do enough to please. The breakfast couldn't be faulted, and my wee dog Murphy has insisted we have to go back soon.
Not a big lover of frozen chips.
We liked the family friendly atmosphere in the hotel. It's in the centre of Amlwch.
We are both older, and we didn't feel safe in the shower because there were no handrails.
Brilliant hosts in Gary and Veronica
My partner is disabled but the wide stairs made it easy to get up
Nice bars, friendly staff
Room was a bit dated & tired
Very friendly staff drinks were reasonable central location for beaches and park near by for dog walkers will stay their again
It was very Warm in rooms
Staff were excellent, welcoming and friendly, lots of local history touches and very pet friendly. Church yard opposite has been cleared of graves and is a good spot for dog exercise first and last thing. Dinner was good and breakfast very filling and veggie friendly. Would definitely go again. Very good value for money. Amlwch harbour is a fascinating place to visit
Nothing worth mentioning
the only downside was the bar closed at 10pm, and no warning , now for the goodside The full breakfast is on another planet.
