Très belle hôtel
Pros:

Très belle hôtel, tres propre. Chambre triple spacieuse. Literie bonne. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Emplacement idéal proche de tous les transports, de l arc de triomphe et des champs élysée.

Дуже затишний готель, сніданки прекрасні, все чисто, гарно, якось по домашньому, з душею. Нас заселили раніше, дуже привітні, розташування недалеко від Тріумфальної арки і метро, зручно, поряд є супермаркет, ну прямо рекомендую👍

Cons:

Paris , 40 degrés tout le we. On savait que ca allait être compliqué sauf qu’on s’est dit qu’au moins on dormirait au frais dans un hôtel climatisé…. sauf que la température dans notre chambre était de 29 degrés ! C’était juste intenable et bien sur personne ne dit rien, personne ne prévient …
Je ne parle même pas, et on a toujours pas compris, des 10 degrés supplémentaires dans la salle de bain, comme s’il y avait le chauffage à fond ! Irrespirable et bien sûr aucune aération.
Le personnel qui doit très bien savoir ce qu’il se passe et que rien ne sera réparé fait la sourde oreille et nous donne juste le mail de la direction ( adresse mail qui par ailleurs est erronée … fait exprès ou pas on ne saura pas )
Lendemain matin, petit déjeuner : on arrive à 9h30 le premier jour, tout était vide, plus de salades de fruits, plus de jambon tout était vide. En plus, le rideau sensé séparer la salle de la cuisine était grand ouvert donc vue totale sur les sceaux, les balais, le personnel qui fait sa tambouille et fouille dans le frigo …. La grande classe et vraiment appétissant.

Clean and comfortable, good sound isolation, good water pressure, room was quiet.
Breakfast was ok, but you had to ask for refils, because a lot of guest come at the same time, some times you have even wait to be seated, because breakfast room is not big.

Cons:

Hair dryer worked only on level 1, if you tur on level 2 it shuts down.
