Puerta casi se cae de lo viejo, escaleras en mal estado, alberca sucia. Malos olores en el 3er piso, personal mal encarado desde que llegas.

The double bed room I booked was spacious and linen was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom sink fixtures were old and rusty & there was no sink strainer. There was NO coffee maker in the room as stated in the "room accommodations." Staff informed me that there was coffee in the office in the am. They should be put a table next to the refrigerator. There was also a puddle of water streaming from the frig. on the second morning on my stay! The hair blow-dryer in the bathroom was broken; but, I was given a loaner. The upper racks of the closest area were broken. The bay area of the hotel had a very bad fishy odor. The bath towels were old and raggedy. I don't think the floor was mopped prior to my arrival.
Location.
Had reserved a 2 bed room. Arrived and they gave me key to a room that was still occupied. They ended up giving a me a one bed room. I didn’t complain since it was just myself. Dead cockroach under sink. They have not refunded me the $100 “refundable” cleaning fee even though I left room same way as i got it. They wont answer the phone either.
