Awful Hotel
Pros:

I visited last night and purchased three rooms for family. We had numerous issues with our keys not working, having to wait over an HOUR for a 'manager' to come. Turns out, she was impersonating a higher authority and behaved very rudely. We've all stayed here for years and come at least once a year but solely because of this experience we will never return. The lady had an odd demeanor. She brought a strange man and both appeared to hide and avoided any sort of discussion after forcing us to wait an hour with multiple children in hot weather. We had no way of leaving as our car and house keys were in the room. This has been such an awful experience and I really don't recommend ever staying here, especially with kids. Was one of the best and now has become the worst. Balcony railing was loose in our room. Rooms were also dirty and some workers were saying they pay very little and don't even want to hire more staff to help. You have to remember that the higher ups are making these decisions. Worst hotel experience on the island.
