Not happy and would not stay there agin. Didn't feel comfortable or safe.

The price of the room.

Cons:

Everything, there was no hot water, no breakfast and there was lots of mold in the bathroom. The pool filters not working.water look and felt dirty.

Ruvina is super nice and accommodating. I plan to stay at this hotel when traveling to South Padre.

The parking area is too small we have a regular size truck and the parking spots were very tight a drunk hit our truck the office called the police to make a report and then the next morning the driver of the other vehicle started to verbally attack my husband and your manager came out and said she was the manager and had no idea about what was going on
