It was okay for a one night stay.
Pros:

Staff was good. Good location

Cons:

Bathroom door wouldn’t close the door was messed up, bed felt like the springs were popping out. There was a big dip in the mattress, shower head was scared it was gonna come out the wall.

Pros:

I liked that we were on the 1st floor.

Cons:

The first thing, I had to pay 100.00 deposit. It's refundable but I feel like it should be expressed. The second thing is there were NO blankets on the bed. It's a bedcover and sheet. I was freezing each night. The towels were so thin, you can see through them. I feel like they can do better and provide those basic things to make it more enjoyable .

Bad Customer service.
Cons:

Customer service was bad, I had to cancel cause they had no hot water front desk never told me they had no hot water I found out by another unsatisfied customer. I am still waiting to hear from manager and no one has been able to help me with my reimbursement. :(
