Great Wolf Lodge Bloomington

my glasses were broken one night when I was staying at Great Wolf Lodge & my glasses ended up losing the screw so the glasses were loose. She went out of her way to help me fix my glasses since there was no glasses kit available. I appreciate her so much!

She was so good explaining and tell us about the wolf lodge and town we had two run ins with her and both times she was a lot of help and patience with the kids we enjoyed are time her

The people staffed made our stay here exemplary! Aishia helped out when we first came in explaining everything in detail that we had no idea about. She had a very positive attitude and I really pleasant person to be around. I usually have questions about places when I go, and she left me with absolutely none. I find that to be very fantastic. While we were dining in the morning at breakfast, Jafet gave exceptionally well customer service. I was a server and bartender for over 10 years and I must say that he is one of the kindest most sincere waiters I have ever had in my entire life. He reminded me of an old friend that you might come to visit. Overall a wonderful review of both of them, you are very lucky to have them in your staff.

We went to the minnesota location in Bloomington, the room was a bit disappointing, tv didnt work, paint chips missing, the edging to the window wasn't connected, the fridge didnt have a freezer at all, the ac was loud, but the staff was amazing and nice, a few of them went above and beyond what they needed to do.

Amijah exceeded not just for the company but for our experience. She is an amazing employee that gave us more than providing customer service. She took the time to explain everything and lead us in the right direction. She also went to the extent to help us take a family photo. Really made our experience a good one! :)

The hotel is clean and well maintained. There are tons of amenities to enjoy while staying here. The ropes course is fun although somewhat small. The water park is amazing for all ages. Magi-quest was a ton of fun and really got the steps in. Staff members (Josh and Diniah) went above and beyond to make my family feel special.

Our 4 night stay at Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington, MN was overall very good. The main lobby, adventure park, and water park are well maintained. The deluxe bunk bed suite was plenty of room for our family of 3. The room is well loved and there is definite signs of wear from the years. Nothing was broken, overall the room was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately we did not see housekeeping once during our stay, however had we needed linens or towels we were told we could request these. The location is wicked close to MOA, huge plus for dining and shopping and activities outside of the lodge! We stayed on the 8th floor to try and remove ourselves from the hustle and bustle of the lobby and adventure park. Overall it was helpful, no running or jumping overhead. Some kiddos were running and yelling after quiet hours but overall it was a huge perk being on the top floor.

The entire campfire staff that we met were absolutely amazing. I didn’t run into one that wasn’t above and beyond with their helpfulness and kindness! I would recommend this place to other adults because of them alone. 10/10!

Bishop was SO helpful at the check in kiosk! It was a Friday afternoon and the place was packed with people checking in. I had several questions and he was always right there to help me with a smile and kind words. He made the process a breeze!

Please recognize this employee!!! Outstanding service, polite, always working and keeping busy. See something on the floor and immediately picks it up. Held elevator doors for guests. It’s so nice to see someone taking their job seriously like this employee. Thanks for making our stay even more enjoyable and keep up that amazing attitude and work performance!!!!

This was the best stay so far!!! We have stayed every June for the past 4 years in a row. This was by far, the very best year we've had based on customer service and interactions, with all the various Pack Members, alone! Thanks for letting Harrison run you all ragged! My endless ball of energy child, Lol. Thanks so much, for everyone's kindness, smiles, and help this stay. It was great, and we'll see you again next year. All the way from Utah. Great wolf, you just need a leaderboard now, for Top 10- rock wall climbers. Lol Mateo was witness to Harrison(9yrs) climbing the wall, 10 times in a row with no break. 9easy, 1hard.

Room and service was great, however I just have to say the up charges for everything get a bit ridiculous as well as good prices. Definitely take time and pack your own easy meals and snacks. Also, why is there a fee for parking when you booked a room? It’s not like we park in a secure ramp or anything… it was just an extra $20 for something that most hotels do for free

We are here for our daughter’s 5th birthday today. The only thing she had hoped for was to meet Wiley. We have been here in the past and never got to see him.
We came for the 6:30 meet and greet at the Bloomington location and Wiley was here. Our daughter was ecstatic and immediately sought him out to get a picture. When a fellow family member commented “happy birthday” when she was near him, staff and Wiley immediately jumped into action. They did the birthday cheer, and Wiley with fellow staff proceeded to take her by the hand and lead her around the first floor of the lodge to give her a fun little tour, tell everyone it was her birthday, and absolutely hyped her up to give her by far the most amazing birthday experience. GWL went above and beyond to make her birthday wish come true and with that, memories that are unmatched. This was a very big deal to us and a gift we want to thank you for, from the bottom of our hearts.

Difficult check in with self check in. But once we got checked in everything was smooth sad with some closures but didn't hinder the fun.

We had a much worse experience this time compared to our previous two visits.

When we arrived, the bed sheets were messy and had what appeared to be blood stains. We requested fresh bed sheets on Saturday, but instead of having them replaced, someone simply left new sheets in a white plastic bag outside our room door. After calling the front desk, the staff apologized and offered breakfast coupons as compensation. However, we had already purchased the lunch buffet for both days of our stay.

The hotel also offered us a late checkout, which we appreciated, but we had already made plans and checked out at 11:00 AM as scheduled.

During one of our buffet meals, a staff member seemed irritated when we asked for a fork and muttered something in Spanish that we could not understand. Additionally, the coffee served was not very hot, and on the second day of our lunch buffet, our server never checked back to offer a refill.

Overall, this was our third stay at Great Wolf Lodge, and unfortunately, it will be our last. Our previous visits were enjoyable, but the decline in cleanliness, service, and overall guest experience has led us to choose a different resort for future family vacations.

The pool is too loud I have to yell for my parents to hear me.the room was good setup and really clean.the claw machines and crew was nice.it is a bit expensive to see the flow rider gone but pretty good overall.the location is pretty far away from Sioux Falls.the atmosphere was great.

I loved this place, it was like we were on a mini vacation with the drinks and food and the waterpark. We went to the restaurant JC was an excellent waiter - very nice and great service. (the pork belly appetizer was to die for). And throughout our stay Junior was doing the little shop by the elevator and host at the restaurant as well - great service too! The Magi-cal Adventure was really fun too - lots of walking but a cool thing to do! I was beyond happy swimming in the wave section and doing the lazy river. My partner loved the slides too. Overall I would go here again - one of my favorite places to be!
