Aceptable para el precio que pagas
Pros:

El personal es amable, está bien ubicado teniendo en cuenta las cuestas de sultanamet. Está limpio. Nos guardaron las maletas sin coste añadido durante nuestro viaje a capadocia

Cons:

El colchón estaba hundido. La habitación es muy pequeña. Recomendaría unos ganchos para colgar los abrigos. Eramos un grupo de 11 y se hicieron un lío con la asignación de habitaciones, aún sabiendo con antelación que volveríamos no tenían el chekin preparado.

Pros:

La ubicación ( a 5 minutos de la estación de tranvía), el trato del personal, la limpieza . Estuvimos 5 días y no tenemos queja alguna. El personal muy amable, tuvimos que pedirles un pequeño favor y no tuvimos ninguna pega por su parte.

Great hotel and amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel looked nice. The room was cozy and had all we needed. The receptionists were really helpful, starting from our arrival at the hotel early morning, until after our checkout. We forgot something in the room and they helped us again by sending the item to UK.
The location is great, it’s close to the main points and has all you need around.
Totally worth the money!
