Palm Heights

We spent an amazing four nights with our crew split between PH and La Concha. Our days were filled with lounging at the beach (beautifully taken care of by Victor and Hassan), swimming in the crystal clear water and eating delicious meals right at our loungers (Poke bowl, beef bowl, shawarma, etc). The ladies at the front, Luz & Carolyne always greeted us with smiles and assisted us with all of our questions and needs. The spa/gym is incredible. We used the facilities daily- enjoying the hot tub, cold plunge pools, mineral baths, massages, and more. We took in a few fitness classes (boxing, yoga) and loved our instructors. Our meals were split amongst PH’s different venues- a memorable Mambo Italiano night, High Tea, and picturesque dinners right on the beach at Tillies. What an amazing time…we can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Palm Heights was exceptional as we had wonderful personal service and a beautiful very spacious room. The staff couldn't have been more efficient or kinder, both at the main desk and at the beach. Our every request during our ten day stay was met within "a blink of the eye". What a wonderful hotel and only one flight away from New York! We can't wait to return next year.

The hotel Staff and Service were impeccable. The Spa is one of the best I have ever been to, and I travel the world at the finest hotels and resorts. It has one of the best gyms I have ever been to at a resort. The beach setup is incredible, and the restaurants on property are the best in the Caribbean, rivaling the culinary experiences at St. Baarths. The one area that wasnt over the top is the quality of the actual rooms, although they weren't "bad" perse, they certainly felt like renovated rooms and not true luxury. But we were thrilled with the experience and would certainly return. Families with young kids were also there for the holidays and they seem to balance families and adult experiences really well.

Amazing time, great service/staff. Made us feel at home especially traveling with a 1 year old. Boutique feels with 5 star service. Food at entire resort was very high quality.

5 Star experience. Rooms, restaurants (Tillies), beach, and spa were terrific. Highly recommend. Service was excellent. Would absolutely stay again.

The best part of the experience was the Garden Club Spa - ESPECIALLY deep tissue massage by Omur. He is an absolutely astounding talent, I would come back just for that!

This is one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The service was impeccable, entire staff was friendly and approachable. Smaller resort where the staff greats you by name.

Rooms are large and well appointed. They were also very clean. Welcome treats were a nice touch as well as a small treat each evening left in the room.

Sometimes resort food is just ok. The food at PH was fantastic. Sushi was as good as you can find anywhere. Tillies and the Pizza place were exceptional. Beach service was fast and very friendly. Good drink menu and beach food options.

The main pool was great and had many private knooks and crannys for some privacy. Spa was also amazing. We utilized the steam room, cold plunge and spa pool. Food and drink at the spa pool was also fantastic.

Great visit and we will be back.

Hotel located just above GeorgeTown so majority of hotels and condos are on other side. Beach is beautiful clear water, comforatble temperature, immaculately clean. We were there over Thanksgiving and the beach all the way down was remarkably empty. Service throughout the hotel was gracious and accomodating. Both restaurants were on the beach. Menus accomodated most any taste/preference. Food was very good. Service was attentive, though slower with heavy attendance at certain times. Rooms are large - well furnished to suit being on a beach. It would be nice to have some sort of rack to dry clothes.

Palm Heights - Grand Cayman exceeded all expectations. If you like boutique hotels that offer mega spa services, fitness programs with Olympic athletes, gourmet food, perfect sand and water, pillow menus and the most amazing staff, you should consider going. We will be back! 10/10

Hard pressed to find a better resort, bar none. Between the beach access, incredible service, gym and spa facilities and overall vibe, our best vacation in a while. Also, the food was incredible with many varieties across their 3 restaurants, something hard to find in resort locations. Already planning our next trip, would give it 6 stars if I could!

Quite deceiving. I paid for upgraded ocean view room, but the only way to see the ocean was if you pressed your head to the glass. The front desk was indifferent to this, but did acknowledge the false representation. I wont review the rest of the hotel because this was pretty upsetting to pay for something you didn't receive.

My home away from home! Palm Heights has the best cuisines, amenities and staff. You don't even want to leave the hotel premises - less to cross the footbridge to the wildly beautiful spa (and gym). The water is a perfect temperature, clear , and you get the best sunsets on the island. Also, everyone is so kind, and accommodating, I really can't recommend Palm Heights enough. Don't skip turn down service - they always give you a new little treat each night!

We just returned from Palm Heights Resort, and from the moment my wife and I arrived until ordering our departure cappuccinos, the service was impeccable by every employee we interacted with at Palm Heights. They were truly welcoming, thankful we were at their resort, and everyone worked to make us comfortable and happy.

Additionally, literally everything we ate at the property was fantastic. We are not picky eaters, but do like good food, and the meals we ate at Tillies (breakfasts and dinners), the Coconut Club for lunches on the beach, and my pizza from Paradise Pizza were great. Extra shout-out to Tillies for the yummy birthday cake on the night we celebrated my wife's birthday.

Also, we went to the gym every day (Palm Heights Athletics), and what a great indoor outdoor set-up they have over there, with various workout classes offered. And my wife did a 90-minute full body massage at the Garden Club Spa and said it was one of the best massages of her life, (and she gets massages regularly here at home).

Yes, Palm Heights is not cheap; however, we felt pampered, which you hope a 5-star boutique resort would offer. (And the room upgrade was an amazing surprise).

We spent 10 days at Palm Heights and had a wonderful experience in a great location on 7-mile beach. It is a beautiful hotel with exceptional interior design, very nice rooms and very cozy atmosphere. The service was excellent, with very attentive and professional staff. The restaurants options are varied and of very high quality (Tillies/Coconut Club/Yashinoki). Saturday Karaoke at Paradise Pizza and a drink at Bambi are a must. The Garden Club amenities (spa/gym/pools) are spectacular and the best we have ever experienced. Looking forward to our next stay!

loved the location, the service was top notch, the gym is over the top! took advantage of all the reformer pilates classes which is rare to have at a hotel. Eva was the best instructor! will definitely be back again!

Overall good experience. Good service and friendly staff and excellent location on 7 mile beach. The hotel is small and lacks a lot of “usable” areas. Pool is kind of secluded and trees are overgrown making it unwelcoming. We found there was no true lounge to sit and have a cocktail in evening attire, albeit there is a beach bar which has its time and place. The aesthetic is not for everyone; however, we understand the “vibe” they are going for. I’d recommend for people with that preference of aesthetic.

The only major annoyance is Tillie’s beach seating: on all sunny days they allow non hotel guests to come have “breakfast” and they hunker down for the day with their families, beach toys and children. This overwhelms the beach with screaming kids and doesn’t make for a relaxing experience. Several other guests we spoke with were equally as annoyed.

Overall was a good stay but I would not rate it a “luxury” branded hotel. It was a good boutique hotel experience.
