Not making sure the water is hot, please stop switching your gysters off. It's an inconvenience to us customers. We had to go shower in room 19 cause room 4 shower had no hot water in the morning.

Look, the staff was friendly but the place clearly lacked solid management and maintenance.
Pros:

Didn't do breakfast. There wasn't even mention of it

Cons:

They could do with some refurbishment. It shows the place was once a manor but now a shadow of its former glory. The room wasn't clean, had ants who immediately attacked my food and drinks. The walls were mouldy, just painted over...
I was tired and didn't have other options.
