Look, the staff was friendly but the place clearly lacked solid management and maintenance.
Pros:

Didn't do breakfast. There wasn't even mention of it

Cons:

They could do with some refurbishment. It shows the place was once a manor but now a shadow of its former glory. The room wasn't clean, had ants who immediately attacked my food and drinks. The walls were mouldy, just painted over...
I was tired and didn't have other options.

It was a beautiful experience, the receptionists and all the staff members were great

The food in the restaurant

Cons:

The place was dirty. Hot water tap in bathroom not working. There are no tumblers for drinks. Only one teaspoon . No towels. No tea bags and sweeteners. Tiny handbasin in bathroom and no mats on bathroom floor. No shelf, cupboard and mirror in bathroom. The walls seemed filthy. No bedside lamps. No self catering. Common kitchen was offered on upper floor which was totally inconvenient and impractical. . The name of yhis property is inappropriate. I was offered an upgrade for an additional R111.00 which was robbery. We could not get away fast enough the next morning. I did not use Booking.com for the rest of my holiday. I made other arrangements for Grasskop. We leave back for Durban on Monday.

Pros:

There was a hike in a bed, not comfortable. E discovered that the Back door was not locked in the morning. Curtain rail was falling. Shower doesn't have a door , Parent sharing with kids no privacy. WIFI PASSWORD NOT PROVIDED, NERTWORK POPR ON TV. OVERALL 3 OUT OF 5. Celling to be perfectly painted.
