The staff was well trained

The bed was not up to standard, possibly needs replacing as it sinks in the middle.

The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to assist, making one feel comfortable and welcome.
The availability of hot water was a challenge during our stay. In addition, towels were not provided in our rooms upon arrival, and we had to request them from reception.
The rooms are spacious and had almost everything i needed.

Not making sure the water is hot, please stop switching your gysters off. It's an inconvenience to us customers. We had to go shower in room 19 cause room 4 shower had no hot water in the morning.
