Aamiainen oli monipuolinen sisältäen erikoiskahvit! Huone oli viihtyisä, oli pimennysverhot. Vartalovoide kuului kylpytuotteisiin.
Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto.
Erinomainen sijainti etenkin, kun olin iltatapahtumassa Tampere-talossa. Auton latauspaikka löytyi, mikä oli hienoa, joskin parkkipaikalla, joka oli överikallis (24 e/yö)
Pysäköinnin hinta ja huoneen ilmastointi puhalsi suoraan sänkyyn kylmää ilmaa eikä suuntaa, voimakkuutta tai lämpötilaa pystynyt säätämään.
Centerly licated next to train station, shopping malls, restaurants, university, parks & the river.
No cooler in location for cold water, mini fridge DOESN'T cool at all even after 12hrs ( maintenance guy saying that back is cool doesn't mean a thing if the rest of fridge is at room temperature). Shower glass is too short to stop water splashing all over floor (slipping hazard). Reception is UNDERSTAFFED at all hours even when big conversation in town/hotel. When A/C is down no way to vent room as windows do not open (not even a crack). Room cleaning only every 3rd day (unless you ask)...we are all for the environment and really tried to accommodate this hotel policy, just that by day 3 towels are dirty and wet...no refill of complimentary coffee and tea after cleaning.

Aamiaisen siivous voisi tapahtua vähemmän tehokkaasti, suosittelen hankkimaan kylttejä asiakkaiden käyttöön, joita esim s- ketjulla: olen jatkamassa aamiaista/ aamiainen kesken TAI sitten tarjoiluhenkilökuntaa serveeraamaan ja kaatamaan kahvia TAI hankkimaan tarjottimia

The room was clean and very comfortable beds. The hotel was next to the park, so we enjoyed to be outside. Great breakfast!
Unprofessional staff. Because of the hotel's policy, our room did not have house keeping service during our two night stay without notice. It was unexpected! Not even they did not come to change towels.
