I am grateful however; I would not stay again or recommend this hotel.
Pros:

I like the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I booked based on the pictures I saw first then the price. However, I was taken back when I entered my room. Room 711 was not up to my standards, nor did it look anything like the pictures I saw on the website. The beds were too big for the frame, the blankets had stains. I pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs and found food crumbs and a straw wrapper under the sheet. The bathroom was also, not up to par. The walls and baseboards were dirty; the shower head did not work fully. The living room area was bare, and the furniture looked as if was from another era. The balcony was filthy with bird droppings. If I would have been able to find somewhere else to stay for the price I would have. Again, I loved the staff and location. I had to look at it like this: I'm here for a few days and I only have to sleep here.

Overall the stay was great. I would stay at this location again despite the minor things.
Pros:

The room was spacious. It was more like an apartment since it was the Penthouse suite. Very good location and beach side. Balcony overlooking the beach was great! Beds were comfortable. A/C kept the room nice and cool.

Cons:

Parking was not great. Not enough space to park big SUVs especially in the below parking deck. The room could have been cleaner. The floor was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. I asked the staff for towels and never got them.

Everything! Sadly this will be our last time staying here. It is a dump! Not even worth the money it cost. Very outdated and dirty.

The location to the beach

Cons:

The room has a kitchenette no cookware, no utensils, no paper towels nothing to cook with. Also, fecal matter on the side of the pool never cleaned. Parties at the pool which had Marijuana with children around. Asked staff to leave towels and rags never left.

Pros:

Location was awesome. Staff was amazing after having a bad experience at another property. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The pool was a decent size.

Cons:

Parking was really confusing and there weren't many parking spots. Breakfast is not included and shpuld be. Elevatos were alittle outdated and just gave off a "this could break down feel" lol.

That Kawas on the beach

Cons:

Appliances not working in room, one elevator not working and the other two super slow and staff usually got on them in front of guest. Limited parking, could have stayed in Airbnb with more amenities for the same price after they added all the extra fees.
