Resort Fee Schedule:
March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax
June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax
August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax
November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax
This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities.

Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals.

Very affordable rate for beachfront!
Pros:

Location, location, location!!! Beach access and close restaurants in walking distance.

No pool towels!

Totally Disappointed
Pros:

I've stayed at Radisson multiple times, the hotel is beachfront and close to many restaurants and shops

Cons:

We had to be transferred to a different room upon arrival because the first room had many disgusting filthy areas, lots of lacking from the housekeeping staff
Which was so bad when we got our new room that was much cleaner, it still felt uncomfortable.
Now I don't prefer to stay again and PCB is a home away from home!

This hotel did not meet expectations with the exception of being beachfront.

That it was beachfront.

Cons:

Room was unclean and needs updating. I had to request for our floor to be swept because it was nasty. When I did, the attendant was offended. Bathroom door was damaged, and the phone was duct taped together. Cabinet hardware was broke. The usb ports and el trial outlets would not work u less the lights were switched on. I’m pretty sure the website pictures were AI generated to make the property look more up to date and cleaner than what it was .

The doors was rusted

The rooms was out dated the room was not cleaned good. The door was rusted and hard to pull close. I had to wait to 4:30pm to get clean towels. Sand was in the bed.
