Resort Fee Schedule:
March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax
June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax
August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax
November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax
This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities.

Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals.

Wasn't aware of breakfast. A good value overall with an excellent location on the beach. Convenient to shopping and beachfront activities.

A relaxing and enjoyable beachfront stay.
Pros:

I loved the beachfront location and the beautiful ocean views. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Being able to walk straight to the beach was definitely the best part.

Cons:

There were no major issues. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed only for 1 night. We cooked and loved the room and beach view. We had a problem with the stove but maintenance
