Our per-night resort fee is charged at check-in.
Resort Fee Schedule:
March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax
June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax
August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax
November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax
This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities.

Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals.

Mediocre at best
Pros:

Friendly staff. The room location and features left a lot to be desired. The LVP flooring was kind of weird being at the beach and all.

On one occasion, maintenance came in the room without our consent and I had to yell for them to leave.

Overall, mediocre experience.

We had an amazing time
Pros:

Our stay at the Radisson were absolutely amazing. my husband I stayed there with our grandkids. The room was nice and clean and the view from our room to the beach was breath taking, the pool was refreshing,the staff were very friendly and helpful and the direct access to the beach from the hotel was perfect. I would definitely love to come back there to stay and I will be referring my family and friends to stay there.

Great vacation
Pros:

I love the Raddisson because it has rooms with a fridge and stove and the views are breathtaking. The double beds are nice and soft, however the pull out couch is like sleeping on a wooden board with springs.

Needs Major Up Grads
Pros:

This hotel needs a big up grad the pillow are terrible the bedding have spots on the mattress the bed very uncomfortable I will never stay here again or refer anyone here

Disappointing
Pros:

A/c never got below 75 the entire time I was there, someone looked at it twice gave some flimsy answer both times & said it was fixed. Never did change anything. I usually stay here but may look around next time.

Decent enough.
Pros:

Great location on the water. Clean. Decent upgrades.

Cons:

Parking garage hard to maneuver. Outlets in room very old. Basically an old hotel with some upgrades.

Location is worth the lower end of room pricing.
Pros:

Location and proximity to the pier. View from the balcony was good.

Cons:

The room was in need of maintenance. The whole room seemed like it was suffering from too much moisture. Paint was peeling and the ceiling looked moldy. Also, no description mentioned that our room and balcony were connected to another room.

Beach Views, Rooms not Ready at check-in
Pros:

Location was in great proximity to the beach. We arrived and we were greeted by a nice lady I believe she works the morning shift. One staff member longer jet black hair working the evening shift was rude at check in, rooms were not ready at check in after coming three hours one way, sightseeing and spending time onthe beach. There was no ETA on when rooms would be ready on my reservation. Resort fee but not many resort style amenities
