March 1 - May 31: $20 plus tax
June 1 - July 31: $25 plus tax
August 1 - October 31: $20 plus tax
November 1 - February 29: $15 plus tax
This fee includes parking, Wi-Fi, a 10% food discount at all restaurants, and use of all resort amenities.

Please note, if a credit card is not provided at check-in, the property will charge a USD 200 cash deposit for incidentals.

The rooms were dirty . There was paint on the curtains. Stains in the garden tub. Dead bugs and hair. The corners on the floor was dirty. There was black marks on the walls. The pictures were misleading. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures.

The Raddison Hotel accommodated my fabulous beach trip.
Pros:

Towel service was spot on, the room attendants were friendly and gave me my space and I was still able to receive clean towels and my trash was removed. The kitchenette was prefect size and located in the room. Room accommodation was plentiful. Great access to the beach without going through th main lobby.

Cons:

More towels when we first arrived. Waste basket for the kitchen.
