Our apartment was really nice, had everything we needed. The area is very pretty, this part of Saint beach can’t get any better, it’s not crowded d if you walk south gets even better😊
I’d like to make people aware that reads my review walking north about 5-10 min walk there is a public parking and we made the mistake one afternoon just to walk that way (no quite to the parking area but close enough and our cellphones got stolen while we were enjoying the water. I block the phones as soon as i realized but surprisingly the ppl who stole the phone were calling that evening asking for money. I mention this because there are professionals. The phones had passcodes and face recognition set up.

Anyway our stay was amazing, I would come back and I definitely recommend this place to stay.

Not Always always as picture

Upon arrival notice the second bedroom had a queen size bed, we booked this particular unit because it stated in pictured two twin beds. This definitely was a huge inconvenience so I went to the rental office and they told me the property owners switched it out the week before. No remedy was offered not even monetary, rollout bed, nothing. I wish this would’ve been communicated as we would’ve likely canceled and looked elsewhere as sleeping on the couch. The duration of the trip was not ideal for our group dynamic. The room did have everything we needed just really unfortunate the bed situation was changed without notifying us. Very close to the beach, appreciated having the beach chairs available to us as well.

Great space for a short visit.

We enjoyed the space very much. It was comfortable for the most part and the balcony was great. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, the main sofa in the living room was not very comfortable, the two hairdryers were broken, the cloth dryer was broken, and the vents need to be cleaned out. We came to go to the beach, eat out, rest, relax and chill. The space was great for that.If I were planning a week long vaca, those above mentioned problems would have been more problematic.

My husband and I along with my parents stayed at vistas for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. Leading up to our stay communicating with the front desk was great, they offered recommendations on area restaurants and we were thrilled we were able to check in early. We spent 3 sun filled days on the beach. The sand was like powder, very quiet stretch of beach with mainly vistas guests. At no point did it feel even the least bit crowded. It was quiet and clean and they had beach chairs and umbrellas and sand toys for kids in the unit. We ultimately ended up renting a beach cabana because there were 4 of us. Fantastic view of the sunset and saw dolphins on our last night. A perfect way to end our stay. The only negatives I would say is that upon arrival there were buckets of paint and the like in our room that maintenance was supposed to have come to get but hadn’t. The office attended removed them promptly but the maintenance man knocked on our door 2 days later looking for his things. So lack of communication on their part. We did have the very basics on our unit to cook meals but it would go a long way to include things like cooking spray and things of the like. The king suites bathroom toilet was very wobbly and I thought was going to break. Brought to the managements attention and said it would be fixed. The pool also turned my white bathing suit greenish yellow. But thankfully not my hair. Overall I’d give vistas a 4 out of 5. We would go back.

Great girls weekend!
Pros:

Great location if you’re looking for an on-the-beach getaway with full condo amenities. It is an older property but clean and has anything you need. Not sure if this is the same in all units but the size of the 2nd bedroom is really small—- little to no room to put your stuff. Emily was great and responded quickly and positively to any questions.
