Comfortable stay with amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but seating is limited; we had to eat on the sofa. Bed & room were comfortable. Rooms were clean & had everything we needed. Check in was simple & the cookies & coffee were much appreciated. The location was convenient as places to eat & shopping (we needed allergy medicine) was in walking distance. We had driven a long way that day so we didn’t feel like driving anywhere else that day.

Cons:

Just the seating for breakfast but that’s not a deal breaker. The construction in back made it more difficult to find the entrance & get out luggage to the door. Why pile a load of gravel in the parking space right out side & blocking the entry door? People have wheeled suitcases!
Laundry facilities was a great idea too.

I will never stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The person at the front desk was super nice. Nice TV and that’s it.

Cons:

The hotel is old. I was really shocked at the bad condition of the bathroom. The tub was old and looked dirty. The water pressure was low. The towels had spots on them. The parking lot on the south side didn’t have lights at night. It was super dark. The walls are thin, could hear the occupants in the next room talking for a few hours. Everything in the room looked super old. The breakfast was not the best.

The doors stuck, The bathroom door, if you closed it, you needed help getting out because when you pulled on the handle the wood came away.
