Best Western Plus Nottingham Westminster Hotel

Friendly welcome, huge room, good breakfast selection, poor bar selection, low water pressure on shower.

Good location

Bed very comfy however hotel is in a very busy area so a lot of noise even with windows closed, no water pressure whatsoever in the showers took ages to rinse soap off . I have let the staff know. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful although very understaffed . All staff were lovely and very helpful , even booked a table at a nearby restaurant for our evening meal. If it wasn’t for the noise and the showers we would use again as very central for the city .

Good location for town centre with free parking. Room was very hot even on a day with temperatures below the average for July as the room had bo air con. They did provide a fan which we did leave on all night. Decent breakfast which was good value.

Booked an executive room to stay whilst visiting friends, free parking on site was a bonus with bus stop right outside to go into city. Check in efficient and reception team all friendly and accommodating to help with information. Had a nice room at the front of building on first floor, spacious with a lovely big bath and shower. Bar and breakfast area looked comfortable but we didn't use as out and about. Would stay again.

The room was stiflingly hot (but the corridor was a sensible temperatur) the lighting ij the room was harsh and toilet cistern dripped noisly.

One night stay to attend a course.

It was a hot summers day. The hotel didn't have AC but were happy to provide fans. The reception staff are lovely and make all the difference.

Fatima on the front desk,great check in,i was a bit stresaed to find a hotel that late at short botice,quiet,comfy rooms great bus stop outside that goes in city centre every 15 mins,great stay

Very good staff who were always happy to help.
I have no complaints because I had a great nights sleep, an easy check in, and a smooth check out with a lovely breakfast.

Very noisy hotel. Room too hot. Writing on the wall, connecting door unsafe not secure enough.

Aircon decommissioned, fan in the room broken window lock broken, carpet loose, shower too slow, no evening food, breakfast was good and the staff tried there best

Extremely impressed with all aspects of my 1st time stay at this hotel and i will be rebooking next week for another 2 nights.

Particularly impressed with the lovely Romanian receptionist, extremely friendly and helpful.

Bed was broken, but still usable, room was clean but very dated.
Reception manager was very good.
Breakfast was of poor quality, drink machine was out of apple juice and when my wife said about it the waiter was unhelpful and very sour faced.

Absolutely fantastic

It was ok but when we went to check in the was confusion that our booking wasn’t ready and payment was requested again even tho I had paid ! Room was executive room but to be honesty it was average it was large but that was it only two coffee packets carpet was lumping so easy to trip on ! Nothing to say it was worth the extra for executive room !
