Front desk was closed when we arrive they wouldn’t answer our phone calls. I never got to stay I paid for two night for not being able to use them.
Front desk was closed we paid for two nights an couldn’t even use them, we had book elsewhere a spend extra money. This place is a rip off.
Lighting was totally inadequate in bedroom area. Could not get all 3 lights to asjust to bright. Bathroom was bright. No comfortable chair in room to watch tv. TV was totally inadequate. All the variety of stations on RuKu were repeated often. If wanted to watch a show that was currently being broadcast...you could if you subscribed to that channel. Only way to watch was in bed and tv set so low on the table that couldn't watch it unless you put the two very thin pillows behind your back. Toilet in the bathroom is so wobbly and not secure to the floor. Hot water was barely room temperature. Too much outside noises of truck starting up and idling every 45 minutes. Too many people roaming the parking lot at all hours. Like going or coming from the truck stop. More of a permanent living for some people. Too much cigarette smoke smell in hallway and lobby. No one on duty to supervise. Overpowering smell of air freshener when open door first time.
Only good thing...refrigerator did cool adequately.
This was my 2nd stay here and will be ny last.

Location, after a long drive it was right off the highway next to the gas station.
1st offered room had no heat.
2nd offered room had mold ceiling, it was very gross, rusted everything. I woke up to a mouse in my jacket, I had my babies 2 under the age of 3, I chose to leave and got told absolutely no refund. I stayed 1 out of 3 nights. Horrible, I recommend removing from booking. Customer service was horrible.
Nothing at all.
Horrible place to be, smells like old popcorn butter and cigarettes, no housekeeping, shower is disgusting, didnt have water for a couple hours on one day, spiders and roaches all over the place. Place needs to be shut down or under new management. Building has so much potential that is just wasted because of horrible service and cleaning
