Nicely designed, nice ambience, reasonably clean. The staff on the day I checked in were wonderful.

Unfortunately any good points were marred by the rude, arrogant behavior of the male staffer on the morning I checked out. When I asked about the discounted breakfast offered to guests (mentioned to me by the previous evening's staff) he not only denied there was a discount, he even tried to "upsell" me a more expensive breakfast. Later, I found a picture I'd taken of a screen from the check-in tablet where it mentioned the same discount. He again denied it, but said he would get back to me. He did not and when I got back to him before checking out he made up something about it being canceled 'because of inflation' - when I asked to speak to management to confirm, he refused and ignored me. It was quite shocking after the friendly service of the previous evening, and in Japan in general, hence the lowered rating.

宿泊前に色々何度も質問しましたが、丁寧にお答え頂き、当日も気を使ってくださりありがとうございました！
海外のアパートメントのような感じで過ごせました。

Cons:

大晦日で、飲んで帰ったあと紅白をみて過ごす予定でしたが、テレビがなかったことくらいかな？スマホアプリで見ることが出来たので大丈夫でした。
座椅子が4つ写真ではありましたが、1つでした。座り心地は良かったです。
