Staff was nice. Older hotel. Some rooms have no AC. Ok for the price.

Very nasty hotel will never be booking again. When I got their I had booked to rooms expecting two rooms together and was told they couldn’t do anything about it with an attitude. Receptionist is not very helpful,nice. Very nasty smelly hotel hallways smelled like straight up cigarettes. Beds were nasty not cleaned at all. Shower was broken and disgusting clearly not clean. The air in the room was very hot instead of cold didn’t work properly. Called for some towels and toilet paper clearly you can tell they didn’t clean it no toilet papers and only one towel when called they didn’t even answer. Is not in a very good area. The finally was this HOTEL WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES SHOWNED IN THE BOOKING WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

The room was not cleaned throughly. The fridge was dirty, food not cleaned of the dresser, chips behnd the tv dresser area, a piece of paper left in the dran of the bathtub, no ac but fan in the room, went too take a shower and couldnt pull out the nob to release water to shiwer head . Hotel Lobby & Kitchen area very dirty. Entrance and hallway towards room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Front desk attendant did not seem to care.

The hotel was not very clean and they didn't offer water or coffee and the service was not very good.

Had a bed bug issue on my room woke up 1am ask for a refund he said he couldn’t because i book trough expedia

The room was clean and the staff was responsive when we needed more supplies.

Upon walking in there was a strong smell of indian food being cooked and a musty smell in the rooms as well as the A.C in the room not working properly as they are outdated. Pool was dirty hadn't been cleaned, had dead bug such as roaches, bees, and mosquitoes floating in it. The jacuzzi wasnt properly full of water and was dirty as well. Over all horrible experience. Will never recommend

Disgusting, trashy, dirty, filthy, beds with stains. Burn this place down.

The room was filthy. There were stains everywhere. The drapes were torn to shreds the side chair was also kind of shredded up. There were holes in different things rust and broken pieces all over the place. The lock on the door didn’t work. It was missing pieces so it wouldn’t lock. I wouldn’t stay in that unsafe room and hotels.com didn’t work to get my money back even after I show showed them the pictures and the video of the front desk clerk saying that all I had to do was request a refund from hotels.com. Terrible experience.

The bed was comfy. The reason why I rate it kind of low is because the night shift receptionist guy was a little rude. The day shift receptionist and kitchen lady were nice. Our bathroom didn’t have a curtain shower and the floor would get super wet. We called the front desk to let them know and we were told they were going to send the housekeeper to clean but never showed up. Breakfast was good. At our last morning there, we found a cockroach on the bathroom floor. Price was very affordable. As I mentioned before, the bed was comfy and we slept very well with not noise.

The images were for sure very deceiving. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but from entering the lobby and the rest of the hotel it smelled like cigarettes even in the nonsmoking areas. The room also smelled like cigarettes. The front desk clerk had an attitude and provided the wrong room number. The bathroom has a tub but you can’t take a bath. Their quilt and the blankets had stains on it. The air conditioner was great but other than that it wasn’t worth the stay.

The room was ghetto. Missing coffee filter, only three pillows, one towel set, AC unit didn’t cool down room, screen off window, shower curtain had stain on it, shower towel mat had a rip, blanket was ripped and stuff was coming out, no one came by to clean our room while we were gone. Breakfast was a joke, all they had were waffles,slices bread, cereal and banana’s. The orange juice was watered down/ coffee was nasty no type of protein was offered. I’ve been to other quality stays this is by far the worst one, Ever.

Property was dirty. Found cockroach's when we returned to the room after a day out. Only gave one towel and when requested more, they would only give me three towels for my four day stay. Shower was nasty.The doors were falling apart. Zero out of ten would not recommend.

Smooth easy check-in. We reserved for 2 adults- had 1 towel and hand towel in room. Had to ask for more, they kindly gave.

The pictures definitely look better than the actual hotel. Personally, I would not stay again, but if you’re on a budget and really don’t care then I guess it works.

Blood splatter on the walls I would never recommend anyone to go there and for Expedia to actually go to the properties because pictures on this website looks nothing what it actually looks like
