Pros:

Position to Royal North Shore Hospital. Friendly staff and even though on a busy road surprisingly quiet at nights.

Cons:

They were doing renovations so at times a bit noisy but workers were very polite and nice.No microwave or toaster in room but available in common kitchen.

Great location for work purposes and well maintained facilities. Great value.
