A great value for money hotel.
Pros:

We had a good sized room with a comfortable bed & all the facilities needed. The bathroom had a great shower with good lighting. We were lucky to have a room with a nice view overlooking trees so it was very quiet. It was also great that there was no issue with parking. Overall it is a good value for money hotel.

Cons:

We just felt that the room could have done with a good ‘spring clean’. The hairdryer on the wall was covered in dust but luckily I had brought my own.

Convenient to Royal North Shore Hospital, regular buses at front door to St Leonard's and train to airport.
Room older design (great) especially secluded balcony with bush views. Fresh air also with air conditioner. Great visitor kitchen has microwave and stove

The receptionists weren’t welcoming!, as They lack basic customer service skills. The room needs maintenance (lights, wall paint, … ) since it is old , however the bathroom is brand new.
