Location
The bed needs replacing. I felt like I was laying down hill all night.
Location was great. On major bus routes.
Bed was comfortable. Room was ok. Felt like I was underground a bit. Shower needed a bit of work - looked dirty to me. I did request a room that I could get to with no stairs. Have a walking stick.
When I checked in I couldn't get into my room with the key. Someone let me in - saw there was a suitcase and clothes on the bed. Given the wrong room key. New person checking me in. Sorted and the staff moved all my gear to the correct room with apologies. They were wonderful.
The laundry. Needs a bit of an update. New machines would be good. Maybe a new washer and dryer first. Then another 2 in a year. Don't spend all your money at once.

Here’s a short, pointed review:
The hotel itself was pleasant and comfortable, and overall the stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience was let down completely at checkout by the attitude of the staff member on duty. He barely acknowledged my presence. Not a single “thank you”, “how was your stay?”, or even a basic farewell. It was one of the most unwelcoming check-out experiences I’ve encountered and left a very poor final impression.
The room was clean and well presented.
The bed was like a trampoline. Every time one of us rolled over the other nearly bounced out. It made for a very disturbed nights sleep.
Close to public transport and easy access to the hospital. Rooms are neat and tidy and had all the facilities we needed for a short stay. Overall happy with our stay and would happily book again in the future.
The place is a little dated which shows in some areas however the rooms are clean and tidy and appear well looked after. One of the beds was a little too firm but for the price we paid we can’t complain too much.
Comfortable
Off street parking (Need to get in early)
Rooms were nicely furnished.
