I give it an 8 out 10…Incidental fee is not appropriate for cleaned utensils not for $156
Pros:

Great location near the BART

Cons:

Charged me $156 out of the $200 incidental fee from my credit card. We stayed for 4 days and cleaned every utensil we used and placed it inside the dishwasher to dry before leaving.

All in all it was affordable and comfortable
Pros:

The location was great and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was a little worn down and there was a pair of underwear on the side of the couch that was not removed from the last visitor

Comfortable if you don’t mind random bug bites
Pros:

Breakfast was great. I love the space of the 1 bedroom units. Your parking valets are truly kind people-you’ve contracted with a good company.

Cons:

Both times we’ve stayed for long periods of time we were troubled with bug bites. Management was good at reacting after being told of the problem. This past time we had bugs. Maintenance sprayed and we were rid of bugs. Then eggs must have hatched as we had bugs again.Not bed bugs, but some kind of biting bugs. Why should we have bugs and why have we had to report it both times we’ve stayed long term. And can’t you do something to get rid of them permanently?

Modern Vibes & Outdoor Spaces
Pros:

Modern vibes and very clean! Spacious rooms and love the kitchenette for those traveling with little ones. Love the outdoors fireplace spaces. Only thing is the inconvenience of valet parking only, which access to your car is limited. Free breakfast definitely a plus!

Pricey but well-worth the price.
Pros:

The hotel was a bit pricier than surrounding area hotels, but it was a great stay! We enjoyed the room layout, the view, and the proximity to local restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast and the valet were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come back and stay again!

Cons:

The $35 valet fee felt expensive. I would have preferred the option to self-park.

Cons:

I was disappointed that this Marriott location did not offer rooms with 2 beds. I have stayed over 850 nights at various Marriott hotels and this was the first location that only offered 1 king size bed with a couch that can be used as a second bed.
