Pros:

It was clean and the staff were nice. The rooms were very comfortable and the handicapped bathroom was really spacious and user friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t great Sunday morning so we skipped it on Monday after check out.

I really wante to like my stay. I almost always choose Springhill Suits im my travels but unfortunately this room was not very good. The AC did not work well and room felt stuffy, humid all night. Old must smell from AC and closet. I want to be clear it was Not a houskeeping issue its seems to be a old carpet and not keeping AC up to date. The room was organized and cleaned but no matter how clean and organized if those issue are not tackled from management the room will smell musty and be hot. Not a restful night. Ive stayed in other Springhill and had a wonderful stay. Not sure why the difference. On the plus side its located in a safe area.

The property was so clean and the staff was so friendly, courteous, and professional! That’s very rare to find these days. The room was clean and the location was great! I want to let the staff know that they are doing an excellent job!

It looks really nice on the outside and inside. We were excited to stay there and immediately my kids said we had ants in the room. We ordered pizza and were winding down and found a roach roam
