Hotel CR Grande

I as of late remained at the Hotel Cr Grande, and it was an uncommon encounter from begin to wrap up. The minute I strolled within, the warm and inviting staff made me feel right at domestic.

My room was roomy, immaculately clean, and delightfully beautified with present day civilities. The bed was fantastically comfortable, guaranteeing a serene night's rest. Thank you for giving me a great experience at Madurai.

Linen is dirty and soiled
They were chasing me over phone to vacate since 1045 am and had to pay addl 2000rs for late check out 4 hrs
I will not recommend and suggest you avoid

Clean rooms clean toilets clean bedsheets , food was awesome but food delivery service was very bad worst ever so give the order once nice the best dish was VETRILAI POONDU SADAM / BETEL LEAVES RICE WITH GARLIC must try but must be ready to wait for 40 minutes, one more dish must try was vazhai poo varuval awesome

Minimal parking space. If you take out your vehicle, you lose your spot and have a problem. When you drive or have your vehicle, this is not the best place.

I would like to compliment Mr Dahmin ( front desk executive) and hotel manager( sorry we don't know the name) for being most patient and professional in assisting me to register our stay at CR hotel.Him (Mr Dahmin) attentiveness and helpfulness proved that he is passionate in him job.Thank you for your great services!!!!

HORRIBLE BREAKFAST BUFFET, WORN OUT PROPERTY. ROOMS WITH WALL PAPER CHIPPED OFF, over used bathroom towels, water doesn’t drain easily from shower, mosquitos in room & such small room. I can’t believe I trusted trip advisor to give it 5/5 rating

Hotel is located in the main city but still peaceful. Rooms were clean with all required facilities. Food was also tasty. Staff is very supportive and service very good. Parking is available only for 3 cars. We had a comfortable one night stay and darshan of meenakshi temple.

The hotel is relatively new which is why the amenities also seem very modern eg - mirror lights, tough screen thermostats, central air conditioning and the overall look and feel of the room.
However the problem comes right down to the basics. When you have a central AC built in throughout the hotel, you must have backups. The AC and wifi stopped working in the afternoon because a squirrel sneaked in and chewed on the wires. And also the bathroom was a bit smaller than expected. Definitely not worth what was paid

Many things i liked, staff reception, restaurant food, housekeeping.. cleanliness and well trained staff.. and Sudhakar is friendly and very helpful...

Excellent staff and very good hospitality.. RooMs are clean and managed very well.. specially Mr. Sudagar was very helpful.. met all our needs upon request at any time.. very friendly staff at the hotel.. me and my family is very grateful and will chose to stay here on our next visit aswell

Excellent rooms, great staff and good food. Enjoyed the stay. Only issue was that the hot water was playing up in my room and the breakfast was late. I was informed that the breakfast would be ready by 7AM. But since it was not ready by that time and since i had an appointment at 7.30, i had to take it from elsewhere.

We Loved the Hotel. It was excellent. The staff was very polite and helpful, they welcomed us with so much of love and happiness. And must say the hotel has an amazing restaurant. The food is ultimate. I highly recommend the place.

Comfortable rooms, good AC and clean toilets. Got a good room away from traffic noise. Had a comfortable stay. Well maintained property. Special thanks to Gowtham and Kishore. Breakfast buffet was good, and food was tasty and good. very good service.

We booked this property at a short notice and the property was kind enough to block 2 rooms for us on telephone. I actually got a better rate by directly contacting the property than what was available online on portals.

The rooms are large and well done. The good thing is that they provide a proper foldable bed for the 3rd guest rather than only extra mattresses which are provided by other properties.

The room has all basic amenities including Kettle. The bathrooms are clean; although my parents room had a problem with the exhaust fan noise which was addressed by the hotel staff.

The breakfast spread was limited but it was good. The staff was very helpful and try and fulfill all customer requests.

Parking space is limited and probably can accommodate 4-5 cars in front of the hotel. This was not a challenge for us since we had an hired vehicle, but if you have your own vehicle / rented a self drive pls consider the same while booking.

The property needs to further enforce Covid specific measures during these times including making it compulsory for all Hotel staff and Guests to wear masks in the common area.

The only other challenge was because of the traffic noise. The hotel is situated on a busy junction and the windows are not soundproof. Our room faced the main road and the traffic noise continued till late in the night/ started early in the morning. The property is located next to the Apollo Hospital and that was helpful for us to get my son's RTPCR test done for air travel purposes.

We stayed for one night. Check-in, Check out was quick. Location of hotel is right on main road. Good connectivity. Rooms are good. Decent size. Sleep quality good. Breakfast had limited options. But, the food quality was nice. Staff is also polite and helpful. Overall good experience.

We were house hunting and needed a temporary place to stay. This hotel is a nice place with great staff. Vincent and team provided fantastic support for the duration of the stay. The proximity to a nice eating place opposite CR Grande was a bonus.

Room was good, hospitality was much better. It’s in best place in the city near by Mattuthavani. U can book for any kind of options . Hotels are available near by nd service was good .. good piricing ❤️
