I would like to thank the managers at Days Inn for accommodating me and my service dog during my recent stay. They were courteous and even checked me in early! The accommodations were great and their maintenance man was very helpful by connecting my X-box to the TV in my room. Overall my stay was pleasant.
The only negative things that I dealt with was having to show my paperwork for my service dog to an employee who didn't check me in and the broken bottles and trash around the area where I walked my service dog. I had to take care that he didn't step on any of the broken glass. If that area could be cleaned up it would make it easier for other service dogs.

We arrived late night & the room was in horrible condition. The carpet resembled a murder scene. There were dark & yellow stains over all the linen. Countertops, frig, microwave, chairs, bathroom, etc. were filthy. The sink stopper was inoperable causing water to back up in the sink. The security latch was missing from the entry door. I showed the filthy frig to the mgr & his response was "it's clean inside", but it wasn't . I requested cleaning materials & he did bring me cleaning liquid & I spent the 1st 2 hours cleaning the room attempting to make it habitable for our stay. I also showed the mgr the filthy linen & requested clean linen but he brought replacement linen that was just as bad as the linen that we removed. He was hesitant to bring the replacement linen saying housekeeping was closed but we kept insisting. The only reason we stayed there was it was late and we had a funeral to attend the following morning. In addition there were knocking/bumping noises from the A/C, upstairs, outside and the hallways. The tub was slippery as there was no anti-slip material making a dangerous situation for anyone taking a shower. The room & hallway also had a foul smell. We stayed 3 nights & could no longer take the uncomfortable environment so we checked out a day early. The manager told us to contact hotels.com for a refund for the night we didn't stay but later changed & said we couldn't get a refund. The mgr had a nasty attitude.
This was exactly as I expected for the price point. Please stop expecting a five star experience within an economy friendly stay. Even though I didn’t want fresh towels each day, I was given them, which was nice. Good WiFi connection. Nice size furnished room (king bed, couch, desk & chair). Enjoyed the bagel & tea for breakfast each morning. There was a pool, I forgot to utilize it. Really good working room AC, slept comfortably at night. Again, was good for what I paid for.
I had to sit side saddle on the toilet to reach the toilet paper :/
I didn’t have breakfast. This place needs to be upgraded I would not stay there again.

Discussing, dirty sock on the die of bed, under the sheet all different colors and dirty. Curtains were absolutely filthy
Air conditioning worked well
Sheet were dirty. No blankets in the room. No fire alarm only bare wires. very dirty breakfast area and very little to choose from.
