Pros:

I liked that it was quiet and their was food options are the area breakfast was good

Cons:

I had a few hiccups, the first room I was given I walked in and it wasn’t clean , like no sheets on bed they are on the floor all the cabinets were open , they moved me rooms very quick very nice but then my key didn’t work for 2 days and they kept saying their a delay… no then they said they weee going to get maintenance to fix it while I was out for the day ….. I get back still doesn’t work then they told me that he’s out the next few days and dont understand why I was informed that …. And then moved me rooms again, we asked for towels it took an he to receive towels after we called and said hey were is our towels, everyone was nice but that’s why I rated a 7.

It was nice, overall. I felt safe as I was a female in a room by myself, I like the hallways.
Cons:

I didn't like the eggs, the texture. They did not taste like real eggs. I did not see bacon, or turkey sausage.

Facilities decent. Policy of extra expense for early check-in not acceptable. I will avoid Best Western from now on.
Pros:

Good location for my needs. Front staff was friendly.

Cons:

I asked for early check-in—just one hour. Best Western responded that it would depend on availability. I get that. They also said that it would cost an additional $34 for one hour. I think this is poor policy.
