It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Although it is huge it still seems very quiet .
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent.so much choice and all delicious. The pool was gorgeous. The room was comfortable and had a nice balcony where you could sit in the sun in the evening.The staff were helpful and pleasant. They set up breakfast early which was 4:30.

Cons:

I can't think of anything at the moment.

Lugar espectacular!
Pros:

El desayuno excelente. No llegué a usar el SPA ni la piscina.

Cons:

Las toallas! Deben ser del 1700. Muy gastadas y viejas. Lo único que desarmonizó con el resto del conjunto. La verdad que no lo entiendo.

Cons:

Personal überfordert mit Essensausteilung zu Tisch. Kein System bei der Tischvergabe, Essensaufnahme- Verteilung.
Teilw.war der Tennisplatz gebucht, aber keiner hat gespielt...sehr schade für andere Hotelgäste (stell ich mir in der Hsuptsaison noch schwieriger vor).

Relaxed, luxury feel hotel with direct beach access, nice pool and plenty of sun beds

The hotel and grounds were beautiful, well kept, beautifully furnished and smelt like a spa throughout the reception areas

Cons:

It was a bit further than we had hoped to the evening bars and entertainment of Palma nova..we were expecting 20 minutes walk but it was further and so we got a lot of taxis, however the taxis were really reasonable so not a major issue .
Had to climb into the sea down steps rather than strolling through shallow waters on the sand but again this was expected just not the ideal finishing touch of this otherwise perfect hotel

Не зрозуміла логіку дверей до туалету в номері, які не закриваються і вибачте, все чути і запах поширюється на весь номер, але це єдине, що не сподобалось

Vietimme hotellissa 3 yötä ja olisimme viihtyneet pidempäänkin. Pikku miinuksia mutta muuten tosi hyvä kokemus.
Pros:

Sijainti ihan merenrannalla ja oma ranta+tuolit. Lounge oli todella kiva ja sielä hyvä asiakaspalvelu. Kiva lisä että hotellilla oma paddle board vuokraus rannalla ja sielä huippu ammattilainen vuokraamassa niitä.

Cons:

Siitä ettei hotellilla ollut omaa parkkialuetta.Kun. Kirjauduimme sisään vastaanottovirkailija ei maininnut meille mitään pool loungesta mikä kuului meille koska olimme ottaneet sviitin onneksi olimme lukeneet siitä nettisivuilta muuten olisi voinut mennä ohitse. Asiakaspalvelu oli muuten todella hyvää mutta respa voisi vähän reippaammin tervehtiä asiakkaita.
