Frokost var grei. Servitøren i Restauranten ifbm middagen var svært serviceminded.
Veldig dårlig solsenger, samt dårlig hånduker som du måtte krysse av for å få utlevert.
Mottakelsen / resepsjonen bestod av 3 menn ved vår ankomst, ingen så opp eller smilte. Svært dårlig mottakelse.

Пляж хороший но по правилам у вас есть только один час там находиться на лежаках а потом приходит злой bagnino и командует немедленно поставить лежак как был
Еда на ужин отвратительная и нас обязал взять полное меню фиксированное , мы не съели ничего. Полный фу. Официанты злые и разговаривают с гостями как с лошадьми
Цей готель дуже порадував чудовим місцем розташування, власним маленьким пляжем з ліжаками, смачними сніданками та мега привітним і дружелюбним персоналом. Місце, в яке хочеться повернутись!
Трішки не вистачило розваг на пляжі і власне пляжу з заходом у море.

Je tiens à souligner le grand professionnalisme d’Anabel suite à un incident. Elle a su faire preuve d’écoute, de réactivité et de sérieux pour gérer la situation avec efficacité. Je la remercie pour son accompagnement et son attitude professionnelle et de meme l’équipe.
Pas de parking ce n’est pas idéal surtout pour trouver une place pour se garer
Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel idéal pour aller visiter Palma la capitale et d’autres villes.
Le personnel de l’hôtel très agréable souriant à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour Mélanie à l’accueil de l’établi qui réalise un travail remarquable qui le fait par passion.
Les équipements de l’hôtel digne d’un 4 étoiles et la piscine bien entretenue avec de nombreux transats ainsi que la plage privée de l’hôtel.
Pour un hôtel, quatre étoiles supérieur, un Vallet doit être disponible, afin d’aider les voyageurs et de faciliter l’accès à la chambre sans être encombrer par les valises etc …

Balcony in each room. Plenty of lobby space and seats.
Smoking space is extremly limited in the resort. Smokers have 4 tables outdoors at the end of the pool patio, or room balcony only. Parking is very scares, you might park in empty plot behind the hotel.
Very clean, very helpful staff, lots of facilities
From the pictures of the beach i didn’t realise how rocky and difficult it would be to get into the sea without using the jetty.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’hôtel est magnifique, la vue depuis la chambre (vue sur mer) est superbe et notre chambre était vraiment très belle, confortable et agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et recommandons vivement cet établissement.
Il n’y a pas de parking. Heureusement, il y a un terrain vague juste derrière l’hôtel où il est possible de se garer, ce qui reste bien pratique.
