Grand Bohemian Charlotte, Autograph Collection

Our stay at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte was absolutely fabulous. We stayed for our anniversary and actually got engaged here, so it will always be a special place to us. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is beautiful and luxurious, with so much attention to detail in every space. We especially loved the rooftop bar and Mico restaurant — both were amazing experiences. The entire hotel felt elegant, unique, and perfect for a special occasion. We can’t wait to come back

Amazing atmosphere and would come back

If you host a party here! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! The management/service/organization is a set up for fail! The original pricing and contracted agreement changes at the end to their benefit! They DO NOT honor previous agreements for events and the guaranteed service contact during the event as promised never shows up! Nothing like a good party with all drinks on you in the end/no service/ and a huge ass bill! Good JOB Charlotte NC team for hosting!

Great location amazing front desk great valet staff lovely experience

This was our first time staying at the Grand Bohemian, and I can honestly say it will not be my last. From the moment my husband and I walked in, the hospitality was absolutely exceptional. We had spent nearly 3 hours visiting 3 or 4 surrounding hotels trying to decide where we wanted to stay. Although the Grand Bohemian was a little outside of the price range we originally planned for, Linda at the front desk completely changed the experience for us.

Linda’s welcoming spirit, kindness, and genuine warmth made us feel valued instantly. What stood out even more was that the next day she greeted us with that same loving energy and professionalism. It never felt forced — it felt sincere, and that level of hospitality is rare to find. Because of her, choosing the Grand Bohemian became an easy decision.

As we were leaving, we were helped by Will from valet services, and he was just as amazing. From the moment he assisted us until the moment we drove away, he was attentive, professional, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time.

This stay became more than just a hotel visit — it became an experience my husband and I will never forget. Thank you, Linda and Will, for making our stay feel so special. Grand Bohemian truly knows what exceptional customer service looks like.

We parked at the Grand Bohemian for the Knights game, just for the day, and if the valet team is any indication of how luxurious this hotel is it’s a must go. They welcomed us like family and big shoutout to Will Howard, the manager, for how friendly and informative he was. We’re planning to come back for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary to check out the rest!!
