The restaurant during my hotel stay was great overall. I loved the atmosphere; it was a really fun and enjoyable place to go on a date. Also, the service was especially great we got a lot of help choosing what items to order, and the food came out quick and was delicious.

After dining, the hotel was super busy. Wyatt, at the valet station was super quick and efficient and ensured everyone got their car quickly as possible; very committed and super nice worker 5/5 experience.

Like always……when my wife and I spend time at any of The Grand Bohemian Hotels; we had a wonderful time at the Charlotte Grand Bohemian.

This was our first time in Charlotte, and if our travels bring us back to Charlotte, we will be staying here again.

It was a Birthday Weekend for my Wife, and everyone made her feel like a Queen.

Tritan and Joseph out Front……greeted us with Kindness and a Big Smile, helping us with luggage and our car.

I had an excellent experience with the valet service at the hotel. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a smile and made the parking process seamless.

Valet team is absolutely amazing! My car battery died on the day of my wedding and Triton went above and beyond to get my sister and I to our hair appointment. Very helpful and kind team all around and we were very grateful for the help in a quick pinch.

Corey at the valet was incredible and made the process of checking in smooth as we navigate traveling as new parents. This is our second stay here and service is always great and we are centrally located to everything we need.

Excellent hotel. From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are outstanding; very well-appointed and exceptionally clean.

The art in the rooms and throughout the hotel is also a very nice touch.

We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Mico, which is an Argentinian- inspired steakhouse. The meal was phenomenal and the service was excellent.

We were seeing a concert at the Spectrum and it was only a 5 minute Uber ride from the hotel.

We would definitely stay here again.

He greeted me with a smile, handled my Mercedes with great care, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

It’s always reassuring to know your vehicle is in good hands, and Rance demonstrated exceptional customer service and attention to detail. When I was ready to leave, my car was brought around promptly and in perfect condition.

Ambiance

My husband and I just departed the Grand Bohemian in Charlotte after a wonderful stay in a Park Suite room. We truly appreciated the upgrade to a Park Suite from the Church Suite room we booked. This location is so convenient for walking to both the football and baseball stadiums, as they are about a half mile walk away. There are also a number of good restaurants in the area if you choose to dine outside of the hotel.

The front desk personnel are so efficient and responsive! Anytime we texted or called about a request, they were extremely professional and very prompt! Dolores did such a great job of keeping the Executive Lounge stocked with beverages and snacks and it was always spotless and clean. Linda is also real gem! She assisted me with a small request as we were checking out and she was just wonderful! She went the extra mile for me, which I truly appreciated. Grayson was always very helpful with regard to arranging a convenient time for Housekeeping to freshen up our room each day, as we typically did not depart from our room for the day till late morning or early afternoon.

The Housekeeping staff did an outstanding job each and every day. We travel a good bit and I have to say that this was the BEST experience with Housekeeping that we have ever had! The room was very clean upon check-in and they always did an excellent job of refreshing our room. Also, we truly appreciated that there were plenty of wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. Some hotels have a tendency to only leave 2 sets of towels in a King room, but we usually use extra towels for drying water off the vanity or drying my long hair, so the fact that we didn’t have to request extra towels was so appreciated.

We took advantage of the dining options in this hotel, both at Mico, Buho and room service. We always had good food and good service. Our favorite in-hotel dining experience was at the Mico bar and Autumn was an excellent server! Somehow, even though she was taking care of several different customers at once, she had a genuine way of making us feel like we were her top priority.

Lastly, the valet staff does an excellent job and they are so personable. We almost hated to leave because we had such a wonderful and comfortable stay. The bed slept comfortably, the bed and bath linens are of a high quality and the furniture sits comfortably. Although the hotel itself is exceptional, the wonderful staff at this hotel is truly what sets it apart from other hotels.

Our stay at the Grand Bohemian Charlotte was absolutely fabulous. We stayed for our anniversary and actually got engaged here, so it will always be a special place to us. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is beautiful and luxurious, with so much attention to detail in every space. We especially loved the rooftop bar and Mico restaurant — both were amazing experiences. The entire hotel felt elegant, unique, and perfect for a special occasion. We can’t wait to come back
