Very comforable stay.
Pros:

Staffs are very friendly and guided properly.
24 hrs hot water availability without much wastage during initial opening of the tap.

Cons:

1. English lanuage to be improved
2. Asian vegetarian meals not available

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location, staff were generally quite good. Breakfast very good. Room very spacious. Airport transfer was helpful but didn't listen to times.

Cons:

double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Sometimes did not respond to emails or messages for awhile

Very nice Hotel for the price. Definitely European standards
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful. Attention to detail. Very clean

Cons:

Shower products were kinda mehhh. Breakfast was free but edible. Could have been fresher

친절하고 깔끔하고 가성비 좋은호텔
Pros:

숙소가 깨끗하고 쾌저합니다. 하이즈엉에 오면 그동안 남끄엉호텔에서만 묵었는데 가성비가 훨씬 좋은듯. 조식을 5일간 계속 먹기엔다소 지루하지만 체크아웃 시간을 3시간 무료로 연장해 주어서 아침골프후 점심먹고 후텔에 와서 씻고 여유있게 체크아웃함. 직원들 모두가 친절하고 적극적으로 응대함.

if your on business its a nice hotel - location is not for tourists.
Pros:

room was large, had fridge and room had AC - staff friendly and evening restaurant was great...

Cons:

breakfast was very poor, not much selection and western tastes not catered for at all - which is fine, but not when you have no options for food elsewhere.
