Spacious pet friendly room, nice setting, good breakfast buffet, and decent workout area.
Floor in room could have been swept better.
Stayed here multiple times. Very solid breakfast, convenient to the appalachian trail and very nice staff.
I liked the breakfast, clean rooms quiet area
Nothing.
There was mold on the ceiling
Location
Very comfortable and clean room
This was the worst hotel we have ever been too. Domestic and international.
Upon arrival my family and I were extremely disappointed by the condition of the property. The hotel hallways and guest room had a strong and persistent cigarette smoke odor, despite numerous signs that mentioned that the property is smoke free. In the elevator the buttons are attached with duct tape. The room itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and noticeably run-down. I had to collect snack wrappers from the floor of the previous guests which makes me understand that the rooms weren’t even cleaned before we entered. Hooks on the doors are missing, walls are moldy and the bathtub drain was broken so I had to manually hold it to let the water down.
I can’t explain in words the smell and horrible conditions of this “Hotel”. I’ve been to youth hostels that were in better shape.
The crazy part is that they charge so much for these rooms. I would never choose to stay in a hotel like this. But if I had to, I wouldn’t find it appropriate to pay more than $50 per night.
Staff, restaurant
Bathroom tub could use a refresh.
Very clean, nice staff, very comfortable beds, good breakfast!

Prices like all hotels too expensive
Easy check-in, great desk clerk.
Breakfast was good (buffet-style). It was handy, because there is nothing else around in that area.
The AC was running when I arrived and the room was freezing (65 degrees F). I could not get the wall-mounted thermostat to warm the room. It was late, I was tired, Went to bed with AC off.
The beds are VERY soft, which I don't like, but that's not their fault, it's just a preference.
Front desk staff was very helpful
Breakfast was excellent! Great chef! Check-in Mr. Gay showed superior customer service.
A bit pricey.
Rate was good.
Corridors had no air conditioning. They were like a sauna. No easy access to ice machines. Desk chair nearly flipped over backwards when I tried to use it. Front desk swapped it for another chair, which was worse than the first one. Guest rooms a decade overdue for renovation. It felt like I was staying at a budget hotel in the mid-1980's.
My mom and I went down the 2nd week in June to see family and friends as she battles dialysis. Her best friend surprised us with the hotel room. The gentleman that helped my (adopted Dad) uncle to make sure the room was accessible for my mom dialysis small machine. Housekeeping was very nice and was super attentive about giving me more towels and wash clothes, toilet paper and tissues. They respected the do not disturb. I appreciate that that gentleman was always still so very nice throughout the week and not just that one day. So coming back because of him.
Room was nice, clean, comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of variety.
We stayed on a Monday. Restaurants closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
