Lovely breakfast. Perfect location on the beach and around restaurants. Clean and spacious room. Unfortunately construction site at the front of the hotel.

5 star luxury resort prices for 2 star airport motel accommodation. Enough said

The only good thing is a location. Room is very outdated. Very smelly and noise isolation is poor. I could hear people flashing toilets and having shower, walking. Room misses a lock and i felt quite unsafe. There is no sheer only a curtain and floor level wont allow you to open the curtain as the other building would see everything. No privacy. Breakfast is okay. Staff and their service is good. But thats the only things. Remaining is very poor. Would never stay here again

The room was large, well appointed and well maintained.
The hotel location was ideal: just away from the main streets, but within easy walking reach of good bars and restaurants. Also, being able to cross the bridge adjacent to the property to lead to a (steep, uphill) walk to King's Park was a real bonus - such a fantastic green space close to the CBD.
Staff at the hotel were all friendly, welcoming and helpful and the breakfast buffet was generous, with a good choice and all very well cooked and presented.

Don’t dine downstairs, one of the worst breakfasts we’ve had. Parking down stairs is tight, rooms are dated and getting old. There’s better value to be had elsewhere

Service was ok, they obliged my request of cooking eggs separately for me at the breakfast and staff was courteous. However, place needs maintenance. Bathroom doesnt have proper exhaust and gets steamy so have to keep door open. Also irregular supply of hot water. Central vent system needs to be better. Even in July, room got hot n stuffy and if u open the system it gives out hot air due to lower temperatures outside. Good thing is hotel location.

The hotel is close to the city centre and good value from this point of view. The room was too hot and the air conditioning was disabled and controlled centrally so there was no way of cooling it other than to open the window which was ok during the day but too noisy at night. Simple clean hotel. Excellent location. Will stay there again.

Our room was quite spacious with the lounge and desk seperated to the bed and window by the bathroom. Bed comfy, shower good but water temperature fluctuations were apparent. Top floor room overlooking the freeway with the non opening double glazed windows shutting off all sounds except from the noisiest speeding motorbike or truck.

I noticed a faint stale cigarette smell from the sofa but not enough to mention. Room temperature was too high and anything I did to the control just made it hotter, just my personal preference but l would like winter room temperatures lower than 23 - 25 degrees.

Morning breakfast was buffet, plenty of food still there at 0915, I've had better, also a lot worse elsewhere. Coffee machine wanted to deliver more mocha than the cup could hold, I didn't see any mugs.

Staff were fine.

Hotel is a bit old and a few minutes extra walk into the city but the price reflects that.

Property was convenient but a bit tired. Staff were great
