Atendimento nota 10 e acolhimento de verdade

Fui muito bem recebida no Hotel Duplo Charme. A senhora portuguesa, loira e de óculos, que estava na recepção foi extremamente gentil e acolhedora, e prontamente me ajudou em tudo que precisei.

Tive um problema com uma reserva duplicada em meu nome. Ela me avisou na hora e facilitou todo o processo de reembolso, com muita atenção e boa vontade. Fiquei muito agradecida.

Esse tipo de cuidado faz toda a diferença: a gente se sente bem-vinda e em casa. O hotel é charmoso e o atendimento da recepção é um grande diferencial.

Com toda certeza indico e voltarei!

De 3 stjerner passede fint til hotellet hvis man havde holdt kvaliteten ved lige men er nok mere 2 stjernet nu.

Lå væk fra centrum i rolige omgivelser

Cons:

Værelset lå på 6. sal men elevatoren gik kun til 5. sal.
Vi var 3 personer og skulle have en ekstra opredning. Sovesofaen fyldte hele værelset så man kunne ikke åbne køleskabet og sovesofaen var godt slidt og lidt i stykker.
Den første dag gjorde vi opmærksom på at drænene på badeværelset var meget langsomme så man stod i 2 cm vand når man badede dette blev aldrig rettet. Døren til brusekabinen havde svært ved at holde sig lukket.
Der var en kogekedel til at koge vand og myntete men ingen tekrus til gengæld var der små kaffekopper men ingen kaffe?

Cons:

Größe des Zimmers sehr klein für 2 Personen. Aufgang zur Rezeption und Flure umständlich. Frühstück: ansprechend. Kaffee und Orangensaft schlecht. Aufenthaltsbereich außen ansprechend.
