Pros:

Great location, close to everything we needed for our short stay, including freeway access. I like how the parking is close to all rooms.

I have stayed here many times and it's definitely one of my favorite places to stay. However, I booked a room online on this day. March 11th, through the 12th. And on my end it said booking was confirmed gave me a confirmation number and a pin number and told me to show it to the front desk
It stated that it was not just the reservation but that the booking was confirmed. It said, thank you for booking with us. It has been confirmed Yada yada Yada. But when I got to the front desk, she said that it did not go through on her end. I've showed her what I had It was very clear to me that it had gone through on my end. So unfortunately, I was not able to stay and unfortunately I do not have a stable place right now. And especially why would I then be getting this survey?

I didn’t appreciate not being able to use the restroom during check-in the man was rude and I was checking in the handicap room had no shower curtain on the shower the bathroom flooded the water puddled up the sink leans to the right and puddles under it It’s an accident waiting to happen the flooring had no slip prevention and the soap holder was to high to reach from shower chair and not big enough to hold any items except the little soap bar provided

We are already booked to come back in Dec when it's Christmas.
Pros:

Breakfast was great! Egg and cheese omelette hit the spot. Coffee in the room was great.
