Pros:

Buffet breakfast in the morning was great. Each day it changed so the variety was nice.
Onsen was good and communal washer and dryer was cheap.

Cons:

The shower was very sensitive - it would be either too hot or cold and wouldn't hold temp for long.

The staff and manager are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with the shuttle service. Simple layout with everything you need. Mountain views.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were served non-vegan breakfasts (the bread) and were told it was vegan until we read the allergen sign they put up on day 3. I couldn’t fault the stay at all if this didn’t happen.

Pros:

There are lot of parking lot and the staffs were nice and able to speak English. The room is proper not too small. There is an free onsen at the first floor. A microwave and free drinking dispenser is at front of the elevator in every floor. The bed is good and large enough for two people which is good. The location is close to Happo Gondola station.

Cons:

The elevator looks a bit old.
Female onsen door had no lock, anyone can just open the door and get inside. They should improve using a keycard or press the password to open the door for more safety and private.

Clean Comfortable Stay with Private Bathroom
Pros:

Quiet location about 10 minutes walk from Happo Gondola Station. Good sized tatami room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was big and clean as well.

Cons:

Everything was good.
