friendly staff and cozy room
Pros:

the staff were really friendly and approachable! they also prepared breakfast specifically for my friend and i upon request the night before. additionally its only a 3-5min walk from the hakuba happo bus terminal, making it very convenient. our room also had a beautiful view of the mountains!

Good location, close to main bus stop & shops nearby. Restaurant in the hotel was great & put on a good breakfast, even offered to make a vegan option for me which was lovely. Dry room & being able to leave our gear was super handy. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Room itself was quite big & the beds were comfy!

Cons:

Not very soundproofed, could hear quite clearly neighbouring rooms.

Excellent hotel – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making the whole stay very pleasant. One of the biggest advantages is the convenient shuttle service, which takes you both to the ski resorts and to nearby restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. There’s also a small but nice onsen and sauna in the hotel, which is a great bonus after a long day. The location is good, close to restaurants, and even for places that are a bit farther, the hotel provides transportation. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Buffet breakfast in the morning was great. Each day it changed so the variety was nice.
Onsen was good and communal washer and dryer was cheap.

Cons:

The shower was very sensitive - it would be either too hot or cold and wouldn't hold temp for long.
